@Gogab Is this the only time you opened a mystery box that day from your multiple deposits? And can you go back into the box to see your reward or is this a one off screenshot you took when you opened it? -

This is a rare bonus prize but it happens. I’ve once won 100000 fidelity points at Jackpot City and it was ready to go the second after I received the bonus. Never had a problem -
