Can you please try and word your posts a bit better because again, I'm not sure what you are getting at here?

It does not go on when the casino was launched, it goes on when the casino was added at AG and this casino was added in December last year which is why it now falls within this category

Judging these pages I could join, because on overview of owned and operated casinos it doesn't say restricted.

Yet all others from the group show restricted, which is handy and transparent.

Why not restrict InstantPay from N1 and Boho from Hollycorn immediately? ... when I click their link on profile page I'm referred to a 'Belgian players are not allowed to visit this casino' page.

Last year N1 and Dama group was in Purge mode and restricted a lot of countries. Looks like it hasn't been updated at AG.

coco, this is in essence what I'm going on about through pm with you, at least part of the bigger problem.

InstantPay is newly added, not a new casino, but which countries are restricted should/are already be known by N1 and should be by AG due to not one N1 casino being open for registrations from Belgium.

I'm sure if you extrapolate that piece of information, used a vpn and tried registering, the restricted country list would be extensive, but transparent. 

N1 knows these countries already since long, why not add this when putting another casino up here, newly added or existing or newly launched.

Why is it that people can nominate this casino 'Best New Casino' ? Both (just read on) were launched in 2021.

The apparently confusing 'Best New Casino' -meaning added to AG, not newly launched- does not apply for this one because it was already listed on AG; PROOF=AG coin.

 

Apparently when clicking the AG coin I get transported to Supacasi Casino  https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/reviews/supacasi-casino

This one does not clickthrough if I click 'Visit Supacasi Casino'

This one is more active as a whole, but just because they changed from Curacao License to Kahnawake Gaming Commission License does not mean it is a contender as 'Best New Casino'

As I already explained multiple times, this is not new casinos that have opened, we are aware already when the casinos opened. This is when they were added to our database, it’s also very clearly displayed on our AG Awards page as shown below. 
It’s nothing new and has been the same every year with the awards

Why create when you can update...surely not the many unresolved complaints I hope?

s'all good, you changed your license aswell, from Curacao License (others get certified with that) to Kahnawake Gaming Commision (who knows these guys??)

If SupaCasi casino allows you to nominate them it means they were added during the dates specified above. Every casino always has a new review page. Not sure what you mean when you say why create when you can update? That doesn’t make sense.  And I’ve not changed any license so again I don’t know what you mean.

From what I can see SupaCasino cannot be voted as best new casino, only best casino.

SupaCasi.io can be voted as best new casino, SupaCasi.com only as best.

EDIT: btw, there is such a thing as domain name / registrar /whois lookup ... they have same origins

Supacasi.io Casino was published on our site on 23rd January so it’s within the dates for best new casino voting

Also @jan duchau just in reply to a comment you left when a Guest user managed to create a post tonight (they were able to as I have been editing the forum today, adding new topics and sections and it seems the guest feature was kept on in this particular topic which of course has now been disabled) But, in response to you reply saying if only admin would review all posts - I do, I heavily moderate the forum every single day and night. Sometimes spam posts are going to fall through the net unless I apply a setting which means every single post needs approval which I'm not going to do.

Please post the review link for me below, but we are aware some have fallen under and we are giving them chance to redeem themselves before removing their certification. So they’ll be given a timeframe to improve their score. But please let me know which ones and I will check
