Pay and Play VS Registered Account - Which do you prefer?

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone

Pay and Play casinos have been around for some time although I still haven't played in a casino with this facility. So for me I still use the tradtional 'registered account'. But thought i might be a good idea to gather your thoughts on this guys.

So for those who have used both methods of play what are the pros and cons of both accounts and which do you prefer?

At a guess...

No having to send sensitive documents to MGA casinos - which is a plus....We'll still see clueless MGA clip joints asking for the kitchen sink when it comes to SOW but least this will get rid of the KYC DNA testing.

Reduced time to register?  - small perk....

Instant withdrawals as it'll be KYC'd via Trustly?

Reduced costs to casino's = more back to players - as if, but should reduce operating costs i presume (storage/admin costs/departments)

Well i play at no account and i really like iT. You log in throughout trustly and if you win its immiduatly in your account. No verifovation no pending withdrawals . There is also no vip program but there is a 10% cash back each Thursday with no wagering. Personally I like this more. I have won amounts but nothing to big so I don’t know how withdrawal goes over 500 euro.

Yeah I mean the instant withdrawals are a major pro. I always thoght I'd miss having an account to log in but I guess if they are instant what else what you need an account for. Yeah I see a lot og them actually focus more on cashback. So there are no other bonuses? Just a welcome bonus is it?

Though i do wonder how it will work with Self Exclusions and Gamstop etc? - DOB/Address etc - still via Trustly?

Yeah i've always wondered how things like that work which is why I thought I'd ceate this thread, maybe hear from some people who have played in them.  I suppose it would have to go on that because you don't put an email address in I assume?

No welcome bonus at no account. But it’s all just very straightforward which I really like . No smoke and mirrors. Sort of like going to a slot machine in a brick casino. You play you win or you lose

I cannot play at any of them tbh - most Pay n Play are with trustly, so that would most def exclude SA and a variety of country restrictions just on that one available deposit method!.

May start to get used to not using bonus's anyway in the future or, if so, very limited ones. I prefer cash back anyway on for example lost deposits.

The only one i like is the casumo structure - allows you to use real and bonus funds essentially with the ability to bet higher.

Probably heading the Sweden way in the UK - welcome bonus and that's your lot; casino's will be a bit more creative moving forward.

Honestly, I like Casumo structure as well, so a  big hit, can result in a decent withdrawal of the cash portion side of things.

If the bonus is not seen by my as a second chance, like real cash used first and always available for withdrawal, then I do not claim, tired of this deposit and bonus being tied together entirely until that thousands of wager is complete. Purely impossible to meet.

Yeah, they’re pretty much all Trustly aren’t they. Out of all the ones I’ve come across on this site I think I’ve seen just one that offered additional payment methods.

Which one is that with additional payments? However are the payments as instant as Trustly tho, as verification are not required, as they use the KYC from Trustly already.

Yeah most of them are Trustly.

I really can’t remember which one it was, I’ll see if I can find it again. It stood out because I remember wondering how it would work as I’d only ever seen ones with Trustly. I’ll see if I can find out for you.

I don’t know how you’d meet your KYC etc checks without it being via Trustly?

Trustlys good, been a bit temperamental recently but VISA Direct is just as.

Thats exactly my point, so if there is additional payment options, then no way its can be classified as ''Pay n Play'' which means you need to register to do KYC with casino directly, due to the KYC checks of Trustly are being used in the Pay n Play scenario.

Hmmmm..I'm starting to doubt myself now as to whether it was. But I do remember thinking how it would work. I'm even more determined to find it now, if I can't then maybe I just dreamt it 😂

Yeah I dream about slotting all the time especially on Vikings with a semi full screen of top symbols.

Since you determined to find out, maybe a nice published article can come of it?

Since there's no way to search for just Pay'n Play Casino I've tried lots of filters like withdrawals 0-1 even 5 minutes and I can't find it. If I do though you'll be the first to know - I'm still about 80% sure I seen one on here!
