Actually I was a vip member at royal panda but got really frustrated with them because of their incredible lack of effort for vip members. Immense verification process and such. I have excluded myself and play only at no account and eskimo. Now a little while back I got curious and signed up again. To see it only got worse. Withdrawals are pending for more than 24 hours the Servicedesk contains of new people that don’t reply and if they do it’s copy and paste. It’s only going downhill. I’m waiting quite sometime on a withdrawal and than I’m going to sign off again. Leaving the uk is a sure sign that they are not as licensed as they were and I suspect it’s due to how they treat their customers after they have played for a while. The positive reviews are from new members.

So I gamble on a budget. Which means on payday I pay my bills set out money for food and other expenses . Give my beautiful daughter her budget for puberty ridden shopping sprees and such... do a bit of saving and then divide what’s left into my gamble budget weekly. My budget does vary since I work freelance I think I’m being smart though I never go over my budget since I have been gambling to much when I started gambling and I almost got in trouble. My winnings go directly to my fun things saving account where we save for spontaneous trips. And fun stuff. Anyway last weeks I’ve been full with work long days of chasing online frauds thieves and millions carrying Nigerian princes ( I’m a cyber security consultant) and mostly when I’m home my time goes to my child or falling asleep at trying to watch stranger things 3 which means I did not gamble and my budget is sitting here staring at me. And I almost started logging in when my eye caught a beautiful add about a very nice laptop. Mine needs to be replaced. *****... I guess I am not gambling until the 27th:))))) but I wondered has any of you ever had this moment? Being a vip has not served me anything jolly or fun in any casino really . If you are vip long enough there is less rewards than when you are a newbie and the more vip fabulous and loyal you get. Oh yes i did file a complaint at royal about the weirdness and ***** deposit methods that take 24 hours to clear but all I got was copy paste answers and new terms that if I withdraw there would be a fee. I guess I win to often huh? The vip treatment stops when you complain. I send the entire file of emails to the mga and moved on. I will not recommend royal panda to anyone

Hello All. as you probably know from my previous posts I had a lot of trouble with the royal panda . not that I did not win because I did , but the deposit method and the lack of bonuses and the absolutely lack of service lately from royal . got the best of .... frustration ....so I was exploring these last few months for a good place for me and I found Eskimo casino . I can’t find it on here so I don’t know if there is a place where I can leave a review but I started playing carefully a couple of weeks ago and I like it I think it’s fairly new but they have ideal so you can easily deposit and I have deposited about €50 the last couple of weeks and already withdrew 175 . Without verification . Upon entering I contacted the Servicedesk and asked where I should send my documents because I’d like do that in advance and they told me there was no need to verify just yet but that I would receive an email when it was necessary of course as you can imagine when I made a withdrawal I figured I would get an email or it would take longer but no the small withdrawals were within my bank account in less than 12 hours and it was simply done by bank transfer. What I also really like is that when you put in a withdrawal request you cannot make any more deposits until they have paid it so you will not lose any more money you can just wait until they transferred it I really like this one but of course I’m just playing here shortly I will let you know how this develops . Goodbye royal panda and hello Eskimo for me!

actually they just let me know they approved my documents and my withdrawal is processed, thats the fastest ive ever seen... still done though.the dover cliffs are stunning by the way!

haha okay, i had absolutely nothing to post , was working 80 hours a week, well i asked them if they also needed a full dna report and my measurements but they didnt think it was funny . I guess Royal Panda really lost its charm and its service. I do hope they still read all the complaints and learn from it. Wishfull thinking probably

actually , i have verfied with royal panda 5 times over the last few years and now when making a small withdrawal have to again, but now they want so much personal details that it worries me, and they will not destroy the infomation after use as well, im startng to think they are looking for a reason to take the winnings, wich they will not find on my side... but you never win a discussion with a casino. isnt it strange that they let you deposit until infinity but when you withdraw, the rules come out again and again?

Hello all, Im here to vent,i am long time player at Royal Panda and i have had to verify about 5 times already. I only play with ideal deposits and creditcard and i play a lot. Im a gold member so that says enough. After a three month losing streak and the last discussion about gold status not giving cool benefits i still played ( yes i am a woman of habit) Anyway this morning i played and won 350 euros. So i decided to not play anymore and have it payed out. I mean atleast some of my losses returned right? I got a very strange email from roy the specialvip care guy that if i wanted to keep playing at royal panda ( excuse me? Im probably paying your paychecks dude) i needed to send them my statements from salary for three months and 3 months of bankstatements, because they wanted to verify what my income is. So i called and the servicedesk said yeah when you reach certain amounts you get rechecked ( i have send them everything for 5 times already and i was promised last time that i was good to go for eternity) so i asked them what they would do with my personal documents because i think its risky and i dont want them to know what i spend my money on when im not playing... the answer was, only internally we discuss this and we keep your personal information for 5 years) al bullshit aside.. they took away the ideal option, they took away the fast bank transfer option and now i have to send 3 months of bankstatements? and my salary statement? and they cant even tell me why? my cybersecurity senses are buzzing. And AFTER they pay my winnings ( wich i doubt they will or they will stall it for weeks) im gone. The service is getting worse and worse and there are no clear responses. Does anyone else have experience with them lately like mine? is it me or did they get shittier after joing leovegas? they keep saying that there was fraud from the netherlands and thats why they check, but they only seem to check wen you win.

these loosing streaks are a *****! sometimes its just better to stop playing for a while, or keep your budget. I do it, i play for a predetermined amount and when its gone i stop. Also one casino at the time, but i did have times where i just kept going and hated myself after. Veel geluk in 2019, je gaat vast weer winnen!
