Mega moolah average spins for jackpot round

Recommended Posts

Hi all hope all well,

As some of you might know I like to test games out whether demo or real play mode (98.99% time demo mode)

Mega moolah I've been playing for couple months since early 2019 with a balance of £50 betting 1p with 1 line.

I would do 5000 spins than stop and withdraw whatever remaining balance left if less than £50.

If I reach a new high I would restart 5000 spins till I no longer hit a new high after 5000 spins.

Only once I turned my £50 into £200 every other session been 10%-40% loss from £50.

Anyway in the approximately 50,000 plus spins I've never entered jackpot round, I am aware the more you bet the higher the chance to enter eg 25p bet is 25x more likely to trigger than a 1p bet.

What's everyone else's personal experiences

1- bet amount

2- amount of spins taken to trigger jackpot round at that bet level

3- which jackpot won

Thank you all in advance

Same as dillfly2000 I have entered the jackpot game on MM on 25p spin and I won the minimum, it was around £9. Can't remember exact figure.

Also take progressive jackpots on -

Pink Panther

Fantastic Four 50 lines

Batman

No idea how many spins I made on each game, I never count. All were won on minimum bets.

May I add all of these jackpots are now almost 6 yeaars old and I've never won any since. I tried and tried on  Hall of Gods, a very old favourite of mine but never got it. Tbh I think you could do another 500,000 spins and still not get the jackpot round. Some people won't get it in a lifetime regardless of how many spins you make.

I have played Pink Panther close to 1000 spins (not played it in over 2 years, it was really bad in the base game highest win was like 6xBet and my best ever feature on it was the wheel of pink paying 119xBet) and always at 80c per spin, but never got the jackpot in that game (there are two jackpots) how much was your jackpot ?

As far as I know, a number of jackpot games would require you to play with bigger bets for better chances of getting that Jackpot Bonus Round, even though it may very infrequently come at the minimum bet...nonetheless, you must play with ALL playlines...insufficient playlines, like what our Mr Kingraj has been doing, would simply mean not getting any chance at the Jackpot Bonus Round at all!

Okay, so this isn't mentioned anywhere nowadays...but many years ago, some Jackpot games clearly stated that play must be with all playlines to stand a chance of triggering the Jackpot Bonus Round...bigger bets would stand a higher chance of triggering it...max bets would have the best chances!

Would you think that those rules/terms may have changed nowadays? I don't think so...but no casino would want to state it nowadays! ?

Yes I've seen many progressive slots that usually require max lines or max bet like that jackpot giant game £4 bet.

If a mega moolah required max lines and they don't state that to enter jackpot round would that not be misleading and they can get in trouble for it?

Cinerama is one of those playtech slots that requires max bet to be eligible for the jackpot and its stated in the paytable, but I am not sure if the jackpot is even being allowed to be won cause it hasnn't been won in over 3.5 years and before it used to go off every few months regularly.

Well.. I always thought max Paylines  had to be active on MM but I’ve gone through the paytable and it doesn’t say they do! Weird.

Exactly, hence I logically presumed you don't need max lines.

Wonder if anyone in askgamblers community has entered jackpot round with less than 25 lines, since that'll verify you don't need max lines.

Yeah, you can play with only one line and still make the JP round.

some players will get into jackpot rounds with no effort while others can wait a lifetime without getting into it, it's all about luck, but if you play all lines on mega moolah slots you will get into the jackpot round eventually it can take thousands of spins as I have found when doing 0.25 spins. also give other mega moolahs a try as you can have better luck on the others. such as 5 reel drive although I don't know if they have got them all on non download version available yet.

I am fortunate enough to have had several lucky turns at spinning the jackpot wheel. It was on my second try of playing MM that I was randomly choosen to spin the jackpot wheel upto 5 times and just Betting at 0.75¢ and won the mini 4 times @ $10.00 and the Minor once @$100.00. On top of that I also received alot of Free spins. So that was an awesome experience for me. Since then I have had a few more tries with the jackpot wheel once again betting @ 0.75¢ and only winning the minis @ $10.00. Fingers crossed for the BIG ONE on my next turn.

If the winner is among our fellow members (by any chance) I suggest him/her stop lurking around and show him/herself! :D ?

I only play the minimum on Mega Moolah and Mega Moolah ISIS - 25 lines at 1 cent a line. Have had a Jackpot spin on both games. Won the lowest jackpot on one and the 2nd lowest jackpot on the other. However, have been playing Mega Moolah like crazy lately (rather than play any of the other games) and haven't received a Jackpot spin for such a long long long time. Might give it away if it's gonna take more than 50,000 spins to get it. Talk about stink! Even the free spin feature can take forever to arrive to pay out some ridiculously piddly amount. Just had a $80 session give no free spins a couple of days ago AND another $50 session doing the same thing to me today.  Pretty poor considering the piddly amount you get from 9 of 10 free spin features.

I don't think any jackpot is easy to win though is it? Kind of defeating the object of a jackpot. But hitting 2 within 3 spins is probably a once in a lifetime moment!! Shame they weren't bigger ones but I bet you couldn't believe it when it happened.

I completely gave up on Mega Moolah like most other progressive slots as I just don't often bet high enough to give me a reasonable chance of hitting the jackpot rounds when you have other people betting 10-20 times more per spin with the resulting increase in odds.. I know it doesn't always work like that but I'm not keen on receiving 1/10-1/20th of the prize either if the casino chooses to do things that way either... As much as I'd love to win a huge jackpot its just like the lottery for me, the odds are far too high to make it fun in my view.
