Casumo writes on the website that it has top ratings via ask gamblers.

They have responded to me with "Casumo puts the focus on the customer, and strives to provide a gaming site in a safe and secure environment for our players with a variety of game limits available to control gaming."

With so much evidence I have come up with, and asked why they are not responding to my evidence. How can one not give a better explanation than that we have made our final answer. If it is not enough, contact MGA. When you have feeded them with 230 000 euro.Atleast you can describe and respond to the evidence that its wrong or something so you know why they only pay 6K of 230K.

I dont know if Casumo is a big casino but its scary that the respond is so weak to a such a big "case"

I hope MGA says pay him or we take your license

Haha no. The sympathy stage is over.

I paid with my life + 230K to see how Life is slowly broken from top to bottom. One by one, they have disappeared, rightly so.

The only one left for real and love me is the dog. An olde english bulldog. Haha, but he doesn't know any better maybe

Thanks for that buddy !!! Nice that someone believes in me haha. I know it's in me. But the power drowns out of everything else. But I'm fighting!

I also hope it goes my way. Time for them to sacrifice something also for our fine friendship

Since you have an english bulldog , I suggest you cheer up with some daily videos of Reuben the Bulldog on youtube (and instagram) (now has now over 100K subs), Also there's Elvis and Khaleesi (two english bulldogs siblings) on youtube.

I'm banking with the new mobile only bank Monzo and they also have the facility to block gambling transactions, also to cap spending on individual types of transaction or specific retailers... it's really quite useful, although I prefer just to use the responsible gaming controls on my regular casinos if I need to ... I'd rather my bank knew as little as possible about my gaming habits.

Yeah, it's fine to use a bank for all your  gambling transactions.

If you never want a mortgage from them.

It's all a bit lip service anyhow - RG controls/banking controls are fine to a point but an addicts going to gamble. Only way they can be useful is if you have the pang one minute of gambling, it stops it and the notion passes. But if you've not taken that step to stopping it really isn't going to make a jot of difference.

Wow buddy... did you win a jackpot previously or something? That's SO much money to have gambled in just 3 years, most people don't even earn that much in their jobs ... Know it's none of my business really so feel free to ignore, you really should take in the point tho... you CAN'T be giving that kind of money to a casino, think what it could do for you and your loved ones.

I like your sense of humor. Although it seems a little nervous. But this is logical and understandable.

Free hugs are exactly what you can’t buy for any money. But it’s better to cuddle for free in Sri Lanka, it’s true.

Im trying to stay positive. I think i wrote this 6 months ago or started to think of it all if i should make a case.

you watched any of those gambling addiction videos on youtube, have you found them helpful in your recovery. There's people that talk about losing millions and houses cause of slot addiction. There was a woman from Florida USA about 8 years ago that won 13mil USD slot jackpot only to feed it back to slots and then stole from family.

Jennifer Dennison hit the slots at Tampa's Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, winning a total of nearly $13 million. But she pumped every penny of that back in, plus at least $700,000 more, police say.

The thrill of the buzzing slot machines led her to fleece her in-laws of their retirement money, drain their bank accounts and cash in their insurance policies, police said. "Ms. Dennison was the one who had basically wiped out their accounts to the tune of over $500,000," Nienhuis said.

and here's another messed up story from 2 years ago while I was searching for the above article.

Gambler Jan Flato supplied the money that went into the Double Top Dollar slot machine at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. But the woman who was nuzzling up to him pushed the button.
So when the bells rang, the lights flashed and the payline showed a $100,000 jackpot, Flato felt like a big winner. He wasn’t. When casino managers checked the video, it showed the woman, 35-year-old Marina Medvedeva Navarro, had actually started the slot wheels rolling, making her the rightful winner. Flato not only lost the cash, he has barely heard from his friend since she walked out that Jan. 31 night alone with a $50,000 check and another 50 grand in cash — after asking armed security to keep an eye on Flato as she left.
She sent him a text message a few weeks later asking, “Still hate me?” He responded: “How could you do that to me?” Her reply: “I miss you.”

.
Flato, an experienced gambler who moved to Aventura about a year ago from Las Vegas to take care of his 88-year-old mother, is still angry and has an important consumer message for other slot players: Don’t let somebody else push your button or pull your handle.

“I want everybody to know what happened so it won’t happen to them,” said Flato, who added he first met Navarro at the high-roller room at Gulfstream Park in 2015. “I’ve played slots all over the country and never had a problem like that. Even the people handing out the money said, ‘This isn’t right.’”

Flato says he was feeding cash into the Double Top Dollar machine, which requires $50 a spin for a shot at the $100,000 jackpot. He says he had met up with Navarro, with whom he frequently played slots, in the center bar, and the pair headed to the Hard Rock high-roller room, where he says he put money into the slot machine.

“Push the button for good luck,” Flato says he told Navarro just before the jackpot hit.

Navarro told the Miami Herald a different version of the events. She said she herself placed $400 in the machine, and offered to give Flato a portion of the win, but he didn’t take it. She declined further comment.

Seminole spokesman Gary Bitner said the tribe keeps gambler information confidential and there would be no further comment, other than to state that the casino was simply following the rules created long before there was gambling in Florida — the pusher of the button is the winner of the loot.

Frank Legato, editor of Global Gaming Business magazine, who has testified as a legal expert in slots cases, says the rule is universal.

“Pressing the spin button is really the act of making the wager,” he said.

Lawyers appear to agree, Flato said.

“No one would take the case,” Flato said. “That jackpot money is long gone.”

https://www.mga.org.mt/mga-hosts-final-session-of-the-first-responsible-gambling-week-held-in-malta/

"Between 7 and 13 November 2019, the local Gaming Industry hosted an edition of the Responsible Gambling Week, in Malta.

This campaign, held in collaboration with the MGA, iGEN, leading operators, Bournemouth University and the organisers of the annual Responsible Gambling Week which is held in the UK, aimed to highlight the importance of ensuring that gambling remains a sustainable means of entertainment, whereby gambling operators provide their players with all tools required in order for them to play in a safe and responsible manner."

This must be a sign. They host a RG week. And soon I will get a final decision 🙏

I start to get angry and frustrated when it feels like this is not being taken seriously.

I appealed the Casino's decision 2-3 times as they cannot even give an explanation of my evidence if its right or wrong.

So much money and cant even explain exactly why this is the decision

Or, for example, that they pay for 2019 when I only talked about 2017-18 which can be proven.

Instead of being big enough and solving things yourself, you should also contact MGA and I have to translate everything.

October 28, I received this message

"Dear Mr. Fernando,

Thank you for contacting the Malta Gaming Authority.

We have contacted the representative of Casumo Services Limited (casumo.com) on your behalf regarding the matter you raised, information has been requested regarding the incident you refer to.

As soon as information becomes available to the Authority you will be notified accordingly. "

During this month I sent an email with more info and also asked how it is going.

NOT ONE SINGLE ANSWER I GOT.

If Casumo could say no to me three times in one week. How can nothing happen in a month ?? Shouldn't MGA say something or should they have half a year to snake themselves out?

It feels really weired. Why dont they say no now like they did to me so we can go further???

Is there any other way to go or what should I do? It is not a small case directly and I do not know how to get info if something even happens.

So damn sad. Im loosing it...

Hey there @balotelli

Sorry but have explicitly mentioned the complaints process length when an ADR and/or regulatory body is involved would usually takes much longer in comparison with third-party mediation service such as our AGCCS for example. Patience is the key word!

No i heard like 4 weeks. But getting bad vibes. They can say something. And what are casino doing?? they said no to me so fast why dontdo that again or whats happening over there in one month

You would need to instigate court proceedings which would be a  costly exercise. And w/o guarantees of winning. If it was for a breach of a term (eg. you bet 5 quid, their max bet was 4.99 based on loose wording, terms weren't that clear, I'd say go for it for that amount of money)

Wait until MGA comes back

Plus, if you think this short wait thus far is long, prepare for longer with a lawyer/legal action.  Wouldn't give them a penny at this juncture.

I fear you're pinning all your hopes on MGA coming back and say give him a quarter of a million and, to be honest mate, I don't really fancy your chances. Sorry to say. Be patient. All you can do.

All you can do.  Oh no he said that he lost 250k and need a break. I just said damn that hurts. I give your cashback early. RG when its the finest haha. Thats just a small amount of the coctai and They still wanna be the best casino to the people ofcourse. So i dont think they would chance.

They have seen all my evidence when they are breaking rule that where tf is all the money from. Oh we also forgot to see if he works and can play for hundrerd of thousand SEK. . Damn we also forgot to say something when he said must take paus caise i lost 250K.  I only said that sucks. I fix your cashback early haha ... and thats a small bit of it

But now are they because its only me. so worth a shot. They would never risk to brake money launder, source of wealth and RG in same case. That would be like they didnt learn from the earlier fines...

OR

file up a complaint . put all the evidence i got. the loan evidence.  Also out the one where say that u need a break.  Then maybe Askgamblers will review complaint in 48 hours! Then if  accept complaint they will put out in public. X  then will have to come up with a response cause otherwise the complaint will go as unresolved and they will look bad

yeah that sounds good
