I deposit like gbp600 in this casino I Wong gbp760 i withdrew on the 13 of October and after 10 working days I did not receive any money because they did a typo so on the 30th of October they say the will compensate me gbp40 so I will get pay GBP800 and on the 8 th working on the 8 of November I received an email stating that they have problems with their payment provider . Now customer support keep saying that I will receive my money but is being 1 month and 1 week since I withdrew .

 

They hat stop replying my emails since the 8 of November.

I'm a little bit confused though - what exactly do you mean by typo?

They did a typo with my Iban so they offer me gbp40 compensation that was on the 30 of October. That day they promised me wiring my money and on 8 working days on the 8 of November t hey send me another email saying that they are changing providers :

Dear Janette,

 

I would like to inform you due to continuous delays and problems with our current 3rd party payment processor; we had to make the decision to move, and we made a contract with another company. Due to these circumstances some of our withdrawal requests are seriously delayed.

Around 15 players are affected from United Kingdom and Australia who requested withdrawals between 15 of October and 7 of November

in the mentioned countries. I would like to apologize all of these players and they will be compensated for the inconveniences.

 

I would like to share good news as well. Due to these changes we will have much faster withdrawal processing time and new withdrawal method will be available: Bank Card withdrawals.

I have been emails then after the 8 of November and their chat support say that they still workin on that issue. And support cannot nothing to make it faster and that I will receive an email since then nothing. Is 18 of November and I have received nothing since the 13th of October. They owned me GBP800 and according to them some compensation but nothing , the phone number does not work . Chat is not working . They do not reply my emails.

That’s cocopop’s side business.... one moment she’s vetting those Pragmatic Screenshots, next moment she’s granting licences from Costa Rica :-p

But mainly taking care of all those 4 kids... Takes a real brave woman to multi-task at that level.

Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers. :) 

 

Unfortunately, the aforementioned 'typo' misunderstanding is a common trick used by dodgy operators to drag their feet on payments and stall for as long as possible hoping that players would simply reverse the withdrawal and play it off. :( 

 

Don't fall into their trap, stay cool and be patient, they will process your payment sooner or later.

I hate inputting bank details, for that reason. I always used to get Mrs P to check because i'd a habit of using 'o' instead of zero  :huh:. Not had to input an IBAN etc for a while - when i have i used to just copy and past from the online statement. Vera John annoy me with theirs - despite doing a bank transfer numerous times they still get you to input sort codes and account numbers each time - same for Slots Million.

Vegasland Casino have not pay me :((.They keep saying that they did send it on the 21st of November. I have been waiting since the 13 of October. Please be aware of this robbers

 

What's their timeframe once sent? Can they provide you proof it's been sent? It's 6 working days since that date so it should definitely be with you by now. But on saying that I remember at GoWild Casino years ago I waited ages for the money to clear once it had actually been sent.

Hi barktoomuch and luvlike,

I too am waiting on £750 gbp from this site. Withdrawal was completed 9th November .......still no money.

 

I have a number of emails from good ol' Ron, in customer services, telling me they have a problem with the 3rd party transfer provider etc.etc. Emails assure me the money is on the way, next week on Monday is their latest offering for when I will receive my withdrawal cash!

Bunch of scammers.

AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

The withdrawal was approved and sent on the 13 of October . This bloody scammers told me that there was a mistake on the Iban then that they change providers it is 29 of November more 32 WORKING days and I have no money . Officially they I have been robbed

 

have you tried contacting them in past few days? You shouldnt give up on your money just like that and yes, 32 days sounds pretty much impossible, even if they were to deliver it in person money would be at your door by now...

I don't know if you can chargeback the deposits, possibly not.... - ideally UK banks wouldn't allow deposits to them - for example Neteller don't allow them to non UKGC casinos, i believe. 

 

Won't like it but it's probably one for the lessons learned box.
