Flatzem
so we can assume Gilly hit something good with his 1.50 bets and then once the balance was at a few hundred or over 1K, they increased it to 5 or 10AUD bets, then it kept getting higher and then bets would have gone to 25 or 50 or 100 a spin or more and at that point the balance can increase quickly or decrease quickly but if luck is good then it kept going up as it did for them including during the course of this thread going from 125 to 148. But how many people go on a run like that when they get to 1K do they think ok I can keep going to see if luck is still there and they keep going and going and it never stops if they are on a run of a lifetime. Who knows they could have gone up to 250K.
pinnit2015
It’s not the worse withdrawal limit - even VS cap theirs at 30k a month. I know someone who won 70k there and they were able to get it in one go though but it’ll be at their discretion. Unless they agree it’s just something you’ll need to put up with - though it’s not a bad position to be in. If they’re a decent outfit they allow you to put a hold on the money so you can’t fritter it away. Having said all this... the UKGC has stated that casinos shouldn’t hinder people in collecting their money so it’ll be interesting to see how some casinos, who have v low limits, could fall foul going forward. Gilly1810
How to turn a $50 deposit into a $150,000 win??? First of all, please don't become so silly by that huge 129K win by a one Mr Gilly He obviously struck very lucky on a big jackpot but we can only crack our heads trying but hope not! No, no jackpot. Started at 1.50 bets & worked my way up. The big win of $100,000 was on a $90 push. Previous to getting that win I had worked it up to $25k, back down to $14k, back up to $50k & then down to $20k again. Once I got the $100k win it just kept going up from there. I was doing $250 pushes at one point. It was still playing well in the end, but the second I received confirmation from 21dukes that I was able to withdraw the amount & that the whole lot was mine- I stopped playing & handed my login details to my partner. She has changed passwords etc so there is no temptation at all.

Gilly1810
The huge bets that some gamblers dare to do...simply bewildering! Well, you could say that- but considering I only deposited $50- the money I was betting is money I did not have before, so was worth the risk. If I didn’t take the risk with larger bets in the first place I would have never won that amount. If I got it up to $100,000 & lost it all; I would not be as upsets opposed to loosing $100,000 of my own money
pinnit2015
I don’t think it will happen to me again but it is dependent on your balance. If, by luck, you find yourself up at 20k then I certainly would be doing bigger bets for a set amount... just takes one... When I used to roll a bit higher the most I did was 45 quid bets in a game called Arthur’s Quest (can’t belive I did them in that) The biggest I’ve been doing recently have been in Bonanza - rolled about 100 last night at ten quid and once it took a set amount off me, it was back down to 4 quids and then eventually 40p :-p
pinnit2015
If I got up to 100k and lost it all I’d be checking myself into GA :-p That would be one of the worst morning after tilting session hangovers ever! Gilly1810
It got to the point where it didn’t actually seem real. It felt like one of those fake play pokie apps. A normal win on a normal spin at $90 Push was anywhere from $2k-$6k. And wins of over $10k became regular. Free spins was intense. Was getting $20k wins on free spins- sometimes more. Because we did not know 100% if they were going to honour the winnings (as you always hear stories of them not paying out) we did didn’t enjoy it as much as we would have liked- as their was always that doubt in our minds. The moment we received confirmation that it was ours (message saying “congratulations! $150k? Awesome! It’s all yours now, we are transferring into cash balance now”) It was a massive relief. Still there is doubt now- even though 3 people from the casino have assured/ promised that the winnings are al mine & withdrawable- We have even discussed withdrawal terms & been told we can only withdraw $4,000 per week etc etc. Have screen shots of all conversations. Yet we are now getting told that the deposit is going through a verification process & they can’t tell us 100% if it will be approved. It’s been a roller coaster I tell you that much. Flatzem
The upper limit for withdrawal varies and it rests on a player’s VIP level at 21 Dukes. New players are automatically assigned the initial VIP level, Bronze, and the casino sets the $1000 weekly withdrawal limit for Bronze level members. As soon as a player collects comp points and advances through loyalty tiers, his/her VIP level increases and so does the weekly withdrawal limit that can finally reach a $35,000 amount for Ultimate Plus members. pinnit2015
I know when i played at Nektan casinos it was something similar - 1k and then when i won more they said i could take out more as i was apparently in their VIP Prog. I think what the support agent is, albeit a bit poorly, is saying is that they're doing their standard withdrawal checks. For some reasons a lot of casinos will only look at certain things at this point - could be KYC, if you played with bonus, irregular betting patterns (this one cracks me up especially when casinos apply it without the use of bonus funds) etc. Is this your first withdrawal from them? It's a relatively big amount so probably bear with them..... Mr Green pays you in seconds but i'm sure if i was close to 0.25 million it may not be processed in that normal period. ValDes
Had such crazy sessions myself almost a decade ago, you know, placing bets of 500-1000 on black/red, trying a hundred spins on 40-50 bucks on slots trying for a quick feature, etc, but playing slots consistently with $90 bets and above... well, that requires some big balls! Have just reviewed 21 Dukes Casino terms afraid I'll find there a rule referring to placing max bet capped at 30% of your deposit... Luckily failed to discover such so I really really hope you are good to go and start receiving your money! In case something goes wrong, hope you heard about AGCCS. Gilly1810
ValDes, thats what I was worried about- as I never knew of this rule before this all happened. I don't know how it all works, but it seems like the whole "cashback bonus" is a massive grey area. It states at one point that cashback is awarded as real money & has no strings attached, and on the other it says the opposite. Since my last comment I have spoken to two seperate support reps & they have both said that they can see no issues with acceptiong the withdrawel- but ultimately this decision is the accounting departments decision to make. And by the looks of their terms & conditions- they are pretty much legally allowed to reject a withdrawl with no ground & they don't even have to explain/ prove their case. If it is not resolved the first thing I will be doing is posting a complaint on this site. Fiekie247

Hi Gilly Give it a full 5 business days to see if you receive your withdrawal from the moment you send your documents in, instead of opening a complaint. So I suggest give it this entire, week. If you have not gotten your money by friday, then open a complaint. I know how they operate and I was impatient as well, but they do pay in the end. Gilly1810
I was planning on giving them at least 4 days without escalating the matter. It is just extremely difficult to remain patient when there is this much money on the line, ESPECIALLY considering that I am still yet to receive a formal confirmation that I will be receiving the funds. Did you receive an email stating your documents was approved? If so, then you should receive an email within 72 hours stating your withdrawal is approved. Be patient brother, I made a few withdrawals at similar casinos in the same group.
Gilly1810
Received email confirming my documents were all approved on Saturday. But when i was in my account details section today I noticed that the address section was not approved. ozziex99
If for some reason they fail to clear this payment (for what I can see as being for no apparent reason), could you not take it up with the Gambling Commission?
Gilly1810
If they decide to be difficult I will first complete a complaint vie Askgamblers & if not resolved from there I will take it to the Gambling Commission Fiekie247
