As previously mentioned, most bookie Trust Pilot reviews are from bitter punters trying their luck for refunds etc. I wouldn't take too much notice as all of them seem to have dodgy reviews from people trying to damage them. As for the Betfred website. it's a lot less clunky than their old version from a few months back, which used to get a lot of criticism from loyal players pleading for a new update. In all honesty, when it comes to withdrawals I have never had a problem - payments are usually in my account within a few days (even for bigger wins I have had using the slots). I also get a lot of decent bonus emails sent to my email which entice me to bet more with Betfred than a lot of the other bookies I am signed up to. Hope this helps.

If for some reason they fail to clear this payment (for what I can see as being for no apparent reason), could you not take it up with the Gambling Commission?
