Gilly1810
Hi, This morning I deposited onto 21 dukes casino. It was my first deposit with this casino so they offered me 100% cash back or 200% bonus. I chose to go with the cash back. Believe it or not I ended up winning $129,000. I was absolutely stunned. I went over to the withdraw section of their casino and noticed the money is in my bonus balance. I followed all the instructions very closely when signing up and specifically chose the cashback bonus as it doesn’t have any wagering requirements or max cash out. Their customer support are either ignoring me or delaying the process. I still have no answer as to why I can’t access the money I rightfully won with my deposit. I should be over the moon with my win but instead I’m sitting here wondering if I’ll get the money at all. Out of curiousity is there anyone on here that has dealt with situations like this before whether it be with this casino or a different one? Any advice would be much appreciated as this could be life changing for me and my small family. Thanks
cocopop3011
Do you have a screenshot so we could see the terms and conditions of the exact promotion you accepted so we could try and shed some light on this for you? It's hard to say without knowing this really. Fiekie247
Fiekie247
I will check and get back as I am aware of this promo where you get to choose the bonus or 100% cashback(without any wagering) as I have claimed this a few times at Tangiers casino and 2 others. I will check 21 dukes and report back. You dont tend to see the 100% cashback, however it is available once you create and account and in your bonus profile I think. Fiekie247
So i checked - Not 21 dukes specifically but below is how the bonus offer would look in your Available bonuses section. The 100% cashback is no where in there promotions or terms as far as I know, but becomes available once you created an account and ready to deposit. Gilly1810
Fiekie247 Thanks! We cant find any specific terms & conditions regarding this offer. That is definitely the one I am talking about! I never saw the promo till I registered either- have had my partner on her phone searching for it on their website with no luck. The cashback terms say that there is no wagering & no max cash out, therefor the winnings should technically be in my cash balance. Any advice on where to go from here? Fiekie247
Hi Gilly How much did you deposit? By the bonus review section, how much wagering is left? Because with your current balance I am sure you can complete wagering and cashout. Even if you claim a bonus and complete wagering there is no Max cash out either... However I got a feeling you place bets bigger than $5 per spin.
Gilly1810
Only deposited $50. Started off with 1.50bets and stayed that way for a while until I worked my balance up.
Gilly1810
There is no wagering at all.
Fiekie247
Then what did they say, if there is no wagering why is there a bonus balance? Also ask them if there is any wagering left and if not, they need to tell you why its bonus funds. Besides was that extra money always in the bonus balance? Fiekie247
Well I do not have any advice but to email them if live chat is ignoring you. If no feedback within 48 hours then I suggest you open a complaint against the casino... @Admin - Is there any chance we have a rep on the forum for 21dukes similar like the one for Tangiers casino? Thanks
Afi4wins
I think an important point of any Cash Back offer is being misunderstood here... The offer clearly indicates a 100% cash back. What it doesn't show is that the max cash back amount is 100% of the deposited amount, which is A$50 (your deposit). Your other winnings go into the bonus account and is counted as won bonus money, which need to be wagered before it can be withdrawn. Hence your account shows only A$50 as withdrawable. Gilly1810
n the active bonuses area, it doesn’t say anything regarding wagering. The terms & conditions on their site state that there is no max cash out & no wagering requirements. When I asked them what was going on, they told me to “give them 15 more minutes” then they said we would hear from them via email, and nothing. I told them I was worried about not getting the money, and they said “nothing to worry about we just have to go over a few things” I assume that means they are attempting to locate a loop hole. Hi Afi I have claimed this before and it does not work like this. You make a straight deposit and play with your deposited funds, once you lost your deposited funds you contact live chat and they will credited the 100% of whatever your deposit amount was. so if I deposited $40 and lost it, they give me $40 without any wagering and any max cashout back into my account for a 2nd chance. However this player specifically made a deposit and took the cash back option, however he won this money with his straight deposited funds, he did not lose his $50 deposit finds, he infact win that amount with it. So which means he did not claim the cash back option yet, or did not win the money with cash back funds. it seems while he took the cash back bonus, which means they did not credit any additional bonus, it means whatever he won with his "Straight Deposit" was credited as bonus funds and should have been credited as real money for withdrawable. Gilly1810
It has cleared into our cash account. How smooth is the withdrawal process? Afi4wins and Fiekie247
Afi4wins
It has cleared into our cash account. How smooth is the withdrawal process? Congratulations Gilly! That is wonderful news indeed! I have no idea of how 21 Dukes do their withdrawals, but expect several days to get it...longer if via bank transfer.
Fiekie247
Hi Gilly You request withdrawal and within 24 hours you will receive an email for documents. Once documents are sent they will be approved within 48 hours. After documents you will receive your money within 96 hours max. So first time withdrawal takes about 7 business days. After that it takes about 4 - 5 Days.
Gilly1810
Final result. Can only withdraw $4,000 weekly. Hoping someone knows a way around this?
Fiekie247
Hi Gilly Unfortunately most casinos have withdrawal limits. I believe this one per week which is actually good. Some other casinos limits are $5000 a month. So you just need to take it weekly... There is no way around it.

I don't mind 4k weekly withdrawals. that takes skill. you gotta click that spin button like a pro. Seriously now, starting with 50 and 1,50 bets is probably not the way to go
drogerman
$4,000 a week is pretty decent payout, even casinos like VS have $30k monthly limit just try to be patient and dont gamble it away Sure it would be better to get it all in one go and if you contact casino they might arrange different limits for you but in the end you should get your money regardless, its just going to take about 8 months though.
