Problem at Alf Casino

Recommended Posts

I have a pending withdrawal at Alf casino and my account was just verified. After that I get a mail to send this:

- A screenshot of the transaction history of your Neteller wallet for the last 3 months, which should confirm that you top up your e-wallet using real payment methods (bank account/credit card) which belongs to you.
- A screenshot of your Neteller you used to top up your balance (the page with your tied cards / bank accounts).

I've been playing for 5 years+ now and this is the first time seeing this. What gives them the right to see how I'm adding funds to Neteller? In my case I don't use cards or bank accounts to fund Neteller, I use part of my payments from my writing work. Any thoughts?

Lol nude or clothed ? :D

Dont know bro, but I will never do that, I reversed my withdrawal and then lost the funds. Besides their bonus terms are shhittty - Lots of restricted games.

But Afi would be the best one to advise on that casino, as he plays at all the Araxio NV group of casinos - Alf, Buran, Casinia etc. He also has some weird verification request with them.

I suggest maybe you sent that 3 months statement, otherwise you will most probably not get your money.

A 3 months statement is 150 pages from my Neteller account. Beside they want to see funding methods on my name which I don't have and don't use. But either way I'm posting a complaint tomorrow. They have no right to ask for this.

ALf Casino...is arf! arf! arf! (dog barking)  :p

I had closed my account at Alf...a month after opening it...because they had requested my selfie in order to verify my account! 8P

Anyway, Alf Casino is not as good as the other Araxio casinos...but about the same as Cadoola. Why Cadoola? Because I had faced the same blardy Source of Wealth verification problem with them...but they finally paid me after 2 long blardy months!  <_<

After I showed proofs to them that my Neteller was funded from payments received from Askgamblers, but via another person's Skrill account (because Askgamblers no longer make payments to Neteller), they finally accepted it. I have not made any deposits into my Neteller account for over 4 years now, so they thought that someone was funding my account!

So in your case, you definitely need to show proof of your indirect funding transactions as well.

OK thx for the advice Afi, I'll post a complaint and resolve it there so everyone knows what a crappy casino this really is.

I'm afraid you don't have a valid case here mate. :(

You'd better comply asap, otherwise I'm not quite optimistic about your withdrawal.

Just because they have it on their site doesn't make it right :). Anyway I sent everything they asked for but not too optimistic. We'll see how it goes.

Could put in their terms that i must handover my second born child to their Coven, doesn't mean it would be legally required  ;) Same for places requesting stuff under SOW - you don't need to. It just means it will be passed/referred to the (in the UK at least) the SOCA and, upon their review, will either be kept/released and your account closed should they wish.

Anyhow, not helped by the fact (as shown by referencing only the e-wallets) the new 5th AML directive specifically singles out prepaid/e wallet methods at high risk of money laundering. What i don't get is....Neteller/Banks are bound by AML so surely if they deem your sources to be 'ok' then it should be good enough for the casino. I'd this convo with a place once - Royal Bank of Scotland are happy that I'm not a money launder so why's that not could enough for a casino who despite having, arguably, less qualified staff in that field, feel the need to trawl through transactions.

You don't like the rules, you don't accept and agree on these and vice versa.... OR... you could always forward your concerns referring to the fairness of a particular casino term to the relevant regulatory body and wait for their response... for a few months or so... :p

You took the right decision IMHO. Hope everything will be just fine with your account verification and payment! :good:

If something goes wrong though, well, you know how to use AGCCS. :)
