Hey,

 

As you might have noticed, Whitebet (Redbet sister casino) no longer exist,

it has merged with the Swedish/Norwegian casino Vinnarum, which now is called Winningroom

No Experience on winningroom, but I know RedBet and Whitebet can be trusted. Because I made withdrawals  with them.

 

Do you sign in with your own credentials or do you need to create a new account?

Worst experience i ever had on an online casino , did not know if i had an account or not , i tried to login did not work , i checked my emails for the casinos did not find anythign, so i registered made a deposit accept the bonus , open a game , server error , i open another game server error , i contacted them to see what happend , they said i need to verify , i send the documents now i need to wait 3 days , i contacted them again today , they told me i have another account so they will close the new account and give me back my deposit , and after i must deposit to the old account again , now is 24 hours since i deposited , i deposit using skrill so they can refund the deposit in 1 min , but there saying it takes a few days to be verified in order to make a payments , whats the difrence there is no winnings even if i m 10 years old they need to refund me , but thats not the case , all my docs are fine , i had an redbet account also wich they own , i made my first deposit did not reiceve the wellcome bonus , i contacted them they said because i did not use the code and it cannot be ad manualy i lost the money , in like 2 days they send me an email that my account was close and they dont need to tell me the reason so happy days with this group , redbet withebet and winningsroom , worste group i ever tried , no fun , no help , no ..... given

 

now is been 3 days since i sent documents i ve been told up to 3 days ,  now they tell me    3-5 days   ,  so  stay  away guys

Well, based on your post you seem like an experienced player, right... Therefore, you should have been well in aware of the fact all online casino have strict policies and procedures against multi-accounting. So, how come than an experienced player like you fell into this situation is a complete mystery for me assuming you could have easily checked with the casino support prior registering the new account and thus, avoiding all the hassle afterwards in less then a minute... :unknw:

i signed up to winning room casino, so it begain at first it wouldnt allow me to make a deposit because the account had to be Verified first so i sent all my documents Photo ID, copies of debit card front and back, bank statements, and of course a screen shot of my online banking login just in case they wanted it as i know some casino do, so anyway my first deposit was a paysafecard voucher that you get in the shop you buy with cash, i won quite a bit £3000 so i put some money into my bank account and i came back to make a small deposit on there just so i can withdraw my wiinings back to my debit card which normally is fine on other well known casinos, but on this winning room casino they will not process my withdrawal because i made my first deposit with a paysafecard and they said by law all withdrawals have to go back on the first payment method which was the paysafecard i had told them that you can not withdraw anything back to a paysafecard voucher that is why i did make a deposit using my debit card but they still will not allow my withdrawal to go back to my debit card anyway live chat said they have spoken with the payments team and the payments team said that i will have to withdraw using bank transfer instead in which i was told that the payments team will accept that. so i went ahead and i changed the withdrawal to a bank transfer and an hour later the payments team cancelled my withdrawal again and emailed me to say that they can not process my withdrawal via bank transfer because they need to Verifiy the bank they wanted documents again such as bank statement, and screen shot of my online banking login page but they already have that i sent it days ago in which i had an email from a guy called Alex from support at winning room to say that my account is now Verified and all documents are now approved. i was wondering if you can help me with this issue please £3000 is big sum of money ive never had this kind of issue on any other casino, winningroom casino are just idiots working there they will not help me they wont listen to me so ive become really stressed out over this now

Urggh...this is the thing with depositing with Paysafe. When I first started gambling this was my initial payment method until I felt safe using my card and in my experience withdrawals have to go through bank transfer because as you say there is no option to withdraw to Paysafe.

 

So...You've now verified for the second time with the bank you need them to withdraw have you tried putting the withdrawal through again? If not put it through for a second time and see what happens. If they refuse again get the reason why and come back to us. I can't see what reason they can have now if they've already told you they are willing to do bank transfer and if it's verified too.

 

Try not to stress out for now, patience may just be the key here. The good news is for now the casino is communicating with you and that is always the first step. Keep us posted please.

Whenever you are stressed out, try listening to Twenty One Pilots song 'Stressed Out'...hopefully that would get your head nodding, feet tapping, and get those stresses out! Hehehe.

 

Anyway, Becks21uk, or just Becks for short...reading your looooong one-paragraph post was kinda one stress for me too...hahaha.  :D This is a common thing with youngsters nowadays...all those texting on the smartphone does this...gone are the days of good old commas, full stops and paragraphs!  :p

 

Anyway...oops, yet again...your issues are rather straightforward ones, I must say. Some casinos can be bitchy, some aren't. Some can say "yes" easily, some would say Whaaaat? No way!" Well, Winning Room Casino seems to be one of the latter kind, hehehe.

 

As stressful as everything may be for you now Becks, just take one step at a time...submit a copy of your bank statement as required, and also a scanned copy or screenshot of whatever else they may require...but do not include a selfie doing a duck face or something like that, hahaha. Ooops, just joking there, of course. Don't want to stress you out further!  :p

They confiscated my 3200euro winnings because their wager limit was 2euro per spin.

Normally, other casinos have 5euro limit on their spins, if bet reach above the limit, it just doesn't take off the wager.

 

I tried so <SNIP> hard to get 75x wager off and there it goes. what a <SNIP> up casino.

Shouldn't have played at this dodgy place..

But secondly and without seeming to be rude of course. If you had checked their terms and conditions then you would have known their max bet was 2 not 5, no?
