Heypoker Casino is saying goodbye!

I was really surprised when i received an email from Heypoker casino that they are closing their doors on 14th December this year.

 

They seem to be very nice casino part of Redbet or Bonnier Group.I guess all the online competition with online casinos this days will come with results as this one.

 

Cant say i played a lot there but i use to get very nice deposit bonus offers from them.

 

I should of guessed something is going on because few months ago I had 2 withdraws from Whitebet and Redbet casino and they were delaying with the withdraw,usually it would take few minutes the withdraw to be completed and now i was paid after 3 days,my guess even then not everything was pink in the Bonnier group of casinos.

I am sorry to hear they are closing down but I don't know what is the reason behind this decision.

3 days is long, i made withdrawal about 3 months ago at Redbet casino and it took about 8 hours.

Competition is tough in the online casino. The only way to survive is give more kind of bonuses so player will be happy playing. Also good customer service is a key to survive. Even traditional casinos are closing one by one because of the intense competition.

Yep couldn't agree. IMO customer service could make or brake a casino!
