      Did they give you a ticket number for your complaint? Most of the time I just emailed them to update my complaints. They would reply to my email and create an email thread.

      Red Stag has also a great customer support never have any problem with them. Other casino has an not to bad or sometimes slow response to their customers. Can't remember all the casino I played with worst customer support, sometimes they wont even bother to send a reply to you.

      I don't think NetEnt would update a operating slot. You can only suspect that the casino is doing something with it. Maybe a nasty thing so the chances of winning would be lower.

      Well, I think they are legit one as I've read some reviews for casinoland. I also admire their website because they made it simple but appealing. Not so sure if they existed for years though.
