dvsax
A lot of complaints are from players that think payout times.. are cut into stone. The fact is they are not. It is more a policy, one that is not always available. It's like a general rule, but doesn't always happen. That's when complainers jump on the bandwagon. Look, if your casino is hitting jackpots, and you happen to get lucky and hit one, then wait for your money to come. I haven't had ANY outright steal from me, or TRY and trick me into losing payouts. But I vet casinos before I play there. Be informed and play to win, be patient if you do. End of story.

I believe any player gambling online expects to get their winnings in a timely manner, yes, there are some players who may not read the rules and follow them. But, when it comes to winning thats the fun of it and then expecting to be paid within the time frame that the casino claims a player will be paid. I do not think there is fun in waiting more then 30 days no matter how big the win is. Yes, if the win is big and the player has read the rules they know that some casinos will only pay them per their weekly max payout per week. But there are some casinos that will send the winner their whole amount. The truth is why should a player have to be concerned if their going to get paid at all. After coming on AG and seeing some of the horror stories of some players not being paid or having to wait six months or just from my experience along; I certainly understand their concerns and I'm glad their is a venue to come to share our stories/complaint/compliment and to discuss each and everyone different experience with the casinos as long as were all being truthful. And everyone truth is that of their own personal experience no two stories will be the same.
Giuseppe1952
I am going to close my account at Posh Casino. The reasons are: - The extremely long payment period of time between one to two months since the withdrawal request until the money reaches the account. - The very low odds to win, at least playing roulette that is the game that I used to play. I have never won playing the posh roulette for a while. Probably I am not lucky.

skepsisxx
I got invited to posh casino and have regretted it since.Becareful, I tried to deposit and my deposit was denied even though everything was fine with my bank. I chatted them, they told me to try again in a couple of minutes. After 3 tries I gave up. A few minutes later I checked my bank and even though I had the emails denying the deposits, they took the money out of my account. Gabby, Beatriz, then Gabby again over a period of 2 days told me they were authorizations. They weren't anything other than charges. I'm having to fight my bank now because they were charges I processed but never got the services. I provided all proof, checked with them every day for 5 days. Next thing I know on December 7th 2016, they closed my account and refused to tell me who their processors are. They got tired of me telling them if they aren't going to credit me money back to my bank then just put it on my account. I spoke over the phone, over chat (kept all the chats). They kept passing the blame. Just beware, its not very VIP service when there is a problem.

Sorry to say that, but you are either extremely naive person OR simply been offered some incentive from the aforementioned casino to come here and defend them by posting what a decent casino they are actually. No way I could believe a word coming from a person who;s capable to say this: A lot of complaints are from players that think payout times.. are cut into stone. The fact is they are not. Why don't you try violating even a word from their casino and/or bonus terms and then when you got your payment rejected tell them 'Hey guys, don't do that, the terms are just a general policy you know..' Anyways, good luck with your future play in this casino and hope will not see you around complaining as soon as a big hit is queued for cashout. soveu47

Hi, I'm not surprised it seems like if your requesting them to correct their mistake and you provided them proof that they should comply. I know when I had an account I kept trying to register and use one of my cards and I kept getting an error message; the host that invited me swore up and down it works and I should try it again. Well I gave up and talked to him again about it; finally my card was able to be used, I did not get charged for anything; it was his attitude that I noticed and with them if you point out that something is wrong on their site or services it's apparent that they do not care about providing you with good customer service. Before my account with them was closed I received a withdrawal and it was not for the amount I had won; but they claimed that they only charged me 12.50 but I was charged well over that well I got a snide email from them saying that is all that they charged and that was their final answer. So I think they pick and choose who they want as a client because to me they should be a little bit more concern with how many customers they offend and brush off. But it's my money and others money that keeps them in business maybe they should remember that.

dvsax
All I hear is whining about service and slow payout. Your attitude probably got you there. Catch more flies with honey then vinegar. It's that entitlement additude instead of reasonableness that nobody can stand nowadays. If somebody is rude and bashes on all the staff, do you really wonder why anybody wouldn't make you wait longer or hold you to every tiny rule? Gimme a break. Why don't you go play some land based casinos instead of messing around with huge free coupons. At least then you'll get your cash immediately so then you can go blow it immediately to. soveu47
"It's that entitlement additude instead of reasonableness that nobody can stand nowadays.". Well apparently you must have forgotten a player is entitled to their winnings and should not have to wait long months to be paid, apparently you must have forgotten that a customer has the right to complaint and the provider of services has the right to improve their services so that they limit their complaints. Apparently what works for you does not work for every player and their is no entitlement in a customer's attitude if their seeking to get their money. You have the right to your opinion as do the rest of us sharing our personal experience; seems like your taking this personal especially maybe you work for one of the offending casinos I guess. Getting bashed and dealing with rudeness is part of their job as a customer service rep they either deal with it or get another job. #youmadforthetruthbeingtold ValDes

dogmomm
I have withdrawn at Posh casino twice. They payed out in less than three weeks the first time. The second one took more than twice as long. They also placed restrictions on my bonus. Lower percentage and ridiculous 25 time playthrough. My VIP host is very nice, though.
Fiekie247
I would thought this topic would die by now. Bamaguy
I have requested and received 4 payouts from Posh. Each was between $1000 and $2000. Yes it did take several weeks each, but all of my withdrawals arrived. I have played a lot of the RTG sites. Posh seems to be better than most. But still slow. dvsax
It's slow because of not very many processors for US players right now. It'll speed up hopefully, just be patient and don't do anything dumb or rash. I've had slow payouts but they come eventually. Just communicate good and be ready to wait a while. I check mine once a week.

If you're a U.S player, yes they're pretty slow in payments as a common problem of U.S players but I'm glad that they paid you out I don't know that Posh casino was enlisted as a friendly U.S casino if they paid you out that's good news mate! dvsax
Over 20k won in January. Paid about $2k within 3 weeks. Then nothing for a month. Then 1k. And in March so far 1k. Are they hurting? because no casino I know of has ever split up withdraws and taken this long. The VIP rep says it's now the new terms that everyone waits about 3 weeks between each withdraw for approval??.. so I'm like what's the point of playing on if it takes a year for anything I win to be paid out pending my older withdraws?? Well, you have been warned what could expect from this brand and all alike, but somehow you were refusing to believe it... Unfortunately, now there's a very very long period of time ahead of you waiting for all your winnings to be paid eventually. From my personal experience dealing with hundreds of their complaints, won't be surprised if it takes an year or even longer.

Well I'm not surprise this is a new casino and there is no telling how long their going to be around; I assume that they will eventually have to open up to let other players in if they want to stay around but now that they seem to be changing the rules on withdrawal I wouldn't want to use them who knows when they'll change it to paid once a month and limit the amount to 1k like your getting paid now.
