Im the 20K winner from back in January 2017. I got my last payout in November. That's 11 months. In that time I lost the money to another casino Ruby Slots. I could have used the money all at once to do something with it, like pay off some debt, but the slow trickle was too hard for me to control and save up. Im really bummed etc. but that's gambling at its worst.

Been waiting since January for my wins of about 25k. Its now June, so far I got only about 5k, which is about what I spent. The rep says I'll be getting $1k per month and I should be lucky to get my winnings at all. Apparently they payout the first withdraw fast, then many months of waiting for anything else unless you lose while waiting and then you might get paid a bit more often. I'm interested in getting in touch with Hastings International the RTG Casino licensor in order to have this resolved. I feel a casino should have plenty of operating capitol in order to do business. My rep is literally mad at me that I won so much and hated that I ask questions about it in my chats. But it's a new casino what did he expect, nobody to ask questions? The terms of payout times when I won was 7-10 days to be approved, 10 days to be payed out. It did not say I had to wait for each payout request to finish before the next. I'd also did not inform or say that payouts would be split into $1k increments and charge me $20 for each. I wonder how RTG licensees that break agreements stay in good standing with RTG?

Well I been owed a lot since January and here it's now June and haven't​ gotten even half of it. The vip rep called and chewed me out for asking too many questions, he promises I'll get all I won but it's only on their timeline. So I guess a year? Winning less then 25k should never take a year am I right? Maybe they pay players that play a lot more faster vs. the players that wait for withdraws before they play again. It's obviously a carefully crafted scheme. I haven't even gotten a payout in over a month now. They tell me it's been sent and everything, but nope, nothings been on time. I have every right to come on here and share my experience with others. If something positive happens I'd be happy to share that also.

Well apparently Posh Casino changed the rules after I signed up and now you must wait 10 to 14 business days between each withdrawal. So if you have been lucky and gotten say about 15 withdrawals pending then I guess it could take almost a year to get all the money. Because 10 to 14 days is about two to three weeks. At least that's what the nice lady on the chat said. So I asked what is the incentive to keep playing if you have to wait one year for your next win? That to me is a poor business model. And if it's Invitation Only that might cut back on the scammers but where's all the fresh money going to come from? I don't know I just think based on what I have read and Been Told this place needs to fix its aloof policies and broaden its player base.

...But I kinda suspect posh is related to the same group as coolcat planet7 rubyslots etc. So if they know I play at those sites daily, maybe that's why the slow payouts. Those sites pay fast for my vip level, like sometimes 1 week. I guess I should wait on all of them for posh to catch up.

Well I won **K and told them I have to wait until at least half is paid out before I start playing again. So I haven't played since January. They pay a lot, I play a lot, they pay out only a little, I play not at all. I mean what's the incentive to keep playing if I have to wait months until all my current withdraws complete before I can get any new ones paid out...

How about 15 pending withdraws since January...It's now April. Said they're gonna process each one about 3 weeks apart. Rep says it's totally normal not to worry... J*F*C.

Well I spoke to Nate the VIP rep at Posh Casino. He assured me that I will be paid my winnings and that payouts will be sped up. Of course those are simply words, so I will keep this page updated. I will be recording my experience on here going forward.

Over 20k won in January. Paid about $2k within 3 weeks. Then nothing for a month. Then 1k. And in March so far 1k. Are they hurting? because no casino I know of has ever split up withdraws and taken this long. The VIP rep says it's now the new terms that everyone waits about 3 weeks between each withdraw for approval??.. so I'm like what's the point of playing on if it takes a year for anything I win to be paid out pending my older withdraws??

It's slow because of not very many processors for US players right now. It'll speed up hopefully, just be patient and don't do anything dumb or rash. I've had slow payouts but they come eventually. Just communicate good and be ready to wait a while. I check mine once a week.

Got to back off if your not hitting on your best games, my best games are the 6 reels, I don't play any random jackpot games anymore. I like to stop after 3 $50 deposits. All I hear is whining about service and slow payout. Your attitude probably got you there. Catch more flies with honey then vinegar. It's that entitlement additude instead of reasonableness that nobody can stand nowadays. If somebody is rude and bashes on all the staff, do you really wonder why anybody wouldn't make you wait longer or hold you to every tiny rule? Gimme a break. Why don't you go play some land based casinos instead of messing around with huge free coupons. At least then you'll get your cash immediately so then you can go blow it immediately to.

A lot of complaints are from players that think payout times.. are cut into stone. The fact is they are not. It is more a policy, one that is not always available. It's like a general rule, but doesn't always happen. That's when complainers jump on the bandwagon. Look, if your casino is hitting jackpots, and you happen to get lucky and hit one, then wait for your money to come. I haven't had ANY outright steal from me, or TRY and trick me into losing payouts. But I vet casinos before I play there. Be informed and play to win, be patient if you do. End of story.

Oh really, like 99.9% of complaints are either fake or from rule ignorance. Sure there is some bad eggs. They either break laws or they don't, just know that if you win a lot of money.. it might take you a while to get paid from some casinos. If your are okay with that, then relax and play.

Look I been playing RTG casinos for a while now. You can get win streaks like crazy. But more to your problem. You have to just understand how it works. These payout processors can't just wire out millions of dollars to thousands of people daily, they all got legal limits, each one is in a different status all the time. More then likely if they are clogged up it's because your casino is hitting jackpots for people and that's a cool thing. Hang back and give the place time to pay you. Not sure about the splitting payouts thing, I know they take out all coupon money. Anyways I had a place that took months but I got paid! I can't complain to much really I came out a winner in the end right. So I recommend you don't lose a lot of sleep, be cool to the staff, and you will get paid winnings it's all legitimate or they couldn't even use the software. But they are allowed to make rules, just stick by them. Verify coupons, refuse free chips with pending withdraws, etc. Hope this helps some people in here.

My theory with RTG slots is that jackpots hit more often when more players are losing money. So a special invite is kinda limited to even less players.. therefore not enough jackpots to win. Just a theory but makes sense to preserve a new casino from getting hit too fast with payouts.
