dodgy123456
Love the site. I've been playing Ruby Fortune and this week I got lucky. Big Time. I currently have on withdrawal AUD$17,500. I've sent a utility bill which has been approved and now a copy of my passport. Latest email last night states if it's accepted and approved they can process my withdrawal on Friday to have funds maybe on Tuesday (visa). My total deposits to them are around $1,100 and understand they only payout USD$4,000/week if your withdrawal is more than 5x your deposit. So I am assuming they would pay weekly lots of USD$4,000 which would be over about 4 weeks? Has anybody had any experience with Ruby Fortune? Or anything I should be aware of? I've seen the odd complaint registered about them however with the volume they would do I'm guessing there'd be plenty of happy customers that don't report their good experience, only hear about the bad ones.... Thanks

Thanks Good morning and welcome to AskGamblers dodgy. What an impressive numbers I see there. Congrats on your winnings Cheers Now lets face the reality .. you win the house this time and you want to receive your winnings as soon as possible. I see Ruby Fortune 8 submitted complaints with 1 week average response time and minor amounts in their complaints, yet they all remain unresolved which means bad communication. I am glad to see you come here to communicate and get advice and as gamblers waking up, they gonna leave feedback. Good Luck with your withdrawal and keep us updated. dodgy123456
Hi Awena, Thanks. I looked at those complaints as well prior to posting and almost all are very trivial complaints or very very old (2012/2013) apart from the one for $903 however Sagomeet hasn't reposted so maybe the his docs were verified and payment was made? All hypertheticals of course. Update: Have just received an email stating congratulations etc, and a note to stay that their Operations Department are releasing the funds for payment today (doesn't mention if it's in full or not) and that I should receive them in 3-7 business days. I've logged in to have a look at the withdrawal and it's still on "work in progress" at the moment but it's not the end of the day yet, in fact only early if I look at GMT/Malta Time Zones. I'll log in later and see if the withdrawal has been updated from "work in progress" to I'm guessing it will say "paid"? Then I'll be checking my bank account very 27 seconds for the next 3-7 business days to see if it's arrived. So far communication has been excellent - cannot fault it - they've had a response to me before I thought of asking for an update (although I must admit I have been checking fairly regularly). Keeping positive! Thanks
dodgy123456
Update: Still states "work in progress" however with all the communication that's happened, not just from the support email address, but also from their player staff I'm still feeling positive. If it (payout) wasn't going to happen, there wouldn't be so much communication going on.
ValDes
Hi there @ dodgy123456 and welcome to AskGamblers. First of all. congrats on your wins, it's not everyday when someone is winning such a hefty sum in on online casino! Ruby Fortune casino is part of the Palace Group, the same group which was under warnings and even blacklisted across lots of gambling related websites over the last several years. Things have changed for the better over the last couple of years and sincerely hope your relatively big withdrawal is gonna prove the positive direction they chose to follow. Thumbs up and don't forget you could still use AGCCS /AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service / IF something goes wrong with your withdrawal. cocopop3011
Hi dodgy and congratulations on your winnings. Back a few years ago I'm sure I withdrew at this casino with no problems but I can't say for definite since it was some time ago. Back then IMO The Palace Group were great but as Valdes mentioned things certainly changed for them over the years. I'm positive that you'll get your winnings if they've already told you its approved. In regards to how you'll receive it I'm not sure I'm afraid I've never been lucky enough to raise a withdrawal that goes overs a casino max amount that I get in increments. Keep us updated though. I will certainly use AGCCS if something does go wrong however at this stage it's just a waiting game.

Hi Coco's, This one makes me feel a little better. They have said it's approved and releasing funds, so as above, all I have to do is wait and see the proof in the pudding. dodgy123456
Hi Guys, Great News!! Received full payment of $17,500 in my bank account this morning (Monday AM). I'm pretty wrapped. Withdrew on Tuesday. Sent documents Wednesday. Approved Friday. Advised payment released Friday. Payment in bank account Monday (Visa). As above - extremely good communication - they had an email sitting in my inbox before I got there with the next step or the process that was to happen next. Overall thoroughly enjoyable withdrawal experience. Rgds Paul Afi4wins and cocopop3011
ValDes
Great new indeed mate, congrats! Perhaps you wouldn't mind posting here a screenshot from the banking tab of the casino client. After all, a 17,500 AUD win paid in a lump sum is quite a rare if not exceptionally rare event and I'm pretty sure our fellow forum members would like to to see it. dodgy123456
Ruby1: First is my deposists and the $17,500 withdrawal now showing as processed, previously this showed as "work in porgress" right up until the moment I sent an email stating it was received. Strange right? Ruby2: credit card refund. Ruby3: My bank account. Rgds Paul ValDes
ValDes
Thanks! Must admit that this 17,500 number looks amazing when written within the Withdrawal tab! Once again, congrats and keep them coming mate! Curious to know if you hit it playing slots or table games perhaps?

raverbabe
I too would love to hear how you came about the huge win, how big was your bet? So glad you got paid in full, be sure to find something good to spend it on, that's got to be a serious chunk of your annual wage right there, I'd probably be taking myself on holiday reeeeal soon
dodgy123456
Sure thing. Deposited $100 increments back in September up to a total of $600. No win. October - again, $100 deposits up to a total of $500 for the night and on the last $100 got a massive win on Lost Vegas. Betting $3.00/spin got the free spins and won $1977.20 From there I was just having a great deal of fun. The way I saw it was that last $100 I put in was going to disappear anyway so after winnings from Lost Vegas I upped the bet. I was now playing Bread da Bank Again @ $4.50/spin and Golden Era @ $15.00/spin - I had nothing to loose except what was my last $100 anyway. From there: Golden Era $15/spin, free spins; $1425 (Still playing Lost Vegas in the background at $3.00/spin) Golden Era $15/spin various wins, $660/770/960/550/1045 Break da Bank nothing still..... Then I was getting tired, I was on around $4k at the time and I thought I'll just take it back to $2k and go to bed (had to work the next day and was having such a good time, it was already 1am by now). I upped the bets. Break da Bank $18/spin....win $2,654/$1,010 almost instantly. was still playing Golden Era @ $15 and Lost Vegas now at $8.40. I had to go to bed so I upped Golden Era to $60/spin and won $5,780. Pretty excited now. Supe it Up @ $12.50 wins $2006. Break Away @ $35.00 wins $1050 I just want to go to BED!!!!!! Betting huge amounts now as I never thought of it as real money, I deposited just to have some fun. Break Away $35/spin wins $3,395.40 All in all withdraw $17,500 at this point and had around $4k still in the account. Absolutely crazy night. Just every slot I went on I was betting between $12.50/$60/spin cause I had nothing to loose and they just kept pulling up the free spins. Reel Spin: $6K the next day. It was just a massive run.... I got lucky, massively lucky. Almost every single game I loaded gave me the free spins.... I even put on Sun Tide, a massive dollar smuggler from me back in september at something like $45/spin and bang, free spins, $4K....It was just one of those nights I couldn't loose. Above figures are taken from the "my account" option in Ruby Fortune under game history so it's pretty accurate as I scrolled through to give you this info, Rgds Paul Afi4wins and ValDes

Afi4wins
Oh boy!!!! What lucky runs you had there mate! FANTASTIC wins! And that win on Lost Vegas...that's a 659x bet win...which I thought wouldn't be possible at all for that game!
dodgy123456
As per my first posts, I just have to say their customer service was amazing through the whole process. They had emails in my inbox regarding the next process of the withdrawal before I had to ask. From the withdrawal being requested on Tuesday, I supplied my passport and utility bill on the Wednesday (I actually supplied a drivers license first but they didn't like that, it was an older laminated type with a sticker attached extending the expiry date - we're a bit slower over here in Australia! so supplied my passport). Documents supplied on Wednesday, approved Friday, advised by both their player host Megan and player support on Friday that the payment had been released. Payment made in full and received via Visa in my bank account on the Monday..... Amazing from Ruby Fortune..... Absolutely amazing... I can not recommend them more than I have already.
