TOM's Casino - The only "Gay" Casino? Whaaat?

I have just come across TOM's Casino who claim they are the "Only ***** casino in the world"

I have to say I do not like this branding. Just because there's pictures of half naked men instead of half naked women why does it have to be a "***** casino"! Why can't it just be a casino that is easy on the eye for women! I really don't know why they have branded themselves like this. Also why are the men cartoon men, animated and not real life men as opposed to other casinos that advertise with women.

Don't get me wrong this makes absolutely no difference to me I certainly don't play at any casino just for their advertising stunts but it just seems to me that this casino have got it all wrong.

Just my opinion of course but I'm really interested to hear what you all think of this one.

I actually don't understand the approach of these kind of  entrepreneurs since the only ***** things there, are only three or four pictures, remaining aspects are totally normal, the same slots, the same live dealer games we see at other NetEnt casinos. All these different to what it was, for example, Topless casino, where dealers appeared with special clothes. So, what they intend or achieve with this, I don't know. I think most important qualities in casinos are fair games, and honest process for verifying docs, terms, and payments; we explore a lot of casinos until finding our favorite ones, can you imagine if you have only two or three casinos to choose from only because of your sexual identity.

Ultimately I think this is just an experiment or something like that, and with a great risk of failure since they're limiting themselves their potential market so much.

Well, I can only think of one answer why Tom"s Casino had to use animated cartoon men...

Handsome ssexy hunky men DON'T WANT to be associated with being GGAY!  :D

They'll lose plenty of ssexy women!!! Hahaha.

Interesting thread Coco ;)

I just checked their website and it looks ok to me.

I see they have NetEnt slots and I might even play there.

The only thing that cross my mind is ...LGBT person is owner or this casino is funded by members of LGBT population.

:unknw:

...............................................a moment of silence. One fact cannot exist without the other, a universal law.

So we have P o r n Hub and now Tom's casino, lol next on the list, L e s b i a n casino!!! That is probably easier to take in for the women and as with the men, we're....savages! Beautiful women + alcohol + a pole = scattered applause  ;)

Would I be violated if i register an account?  :o I'm afraid to rate this topic 5 stars

Yeah, noticed this let's say 'interesting' project too the other day...  :unknw:

However, browsing through their website I found this piece of information which brings new light upon the casino after all.

ABOUT TOM'S CASINO

TOM’s Casino is an homage to Touko Laaksonen (Finnish, 1920-1991), a.k.a. Tom of Finland. Tom of Finland is widely regarded as the foremost ***** male erotic artist of our time.  In the years following World War II his images had a tremendous influence on emerging notions of human sexuality in general, and masculinity in particular. His work presents affirmative images that have been accepted as positive role models for multiple generations and Tom of Finland Foundation carries on his legacy today.

TOM’s Casino, a product of Lunas Entertainment Ltd, is supportive of Tom of Finland Foundation, and a portion of the casino’s proceeds will go to assisting in furthering its goals. The Foundation’s collection holds the world’s largest repository of erotic art, including a permanent collection of 1,500 original works by Tom of Finland, 2,000 works by other artists and archives of more than 100,000 images, documents and other pieces of art, all needing maintenance, some needing restoration.

Moreover...

Tom of Finland, born Touko Laaksonen in Finland in 1920, ignited a cultural movement with his iconic homoerotic art, which premiered in the Spring 1957 issue of the groundbreaking American all-male magazine, Physique Pictorial. He is considered and respected as one of the most influential artists of the 20th century, with works part of permanent collections in museums around the world. His signature black-and-grey technique is instantly recognizable and remains a key component of popular culture.

His body of work includes over 4,500 works of art, mostly featuring men with exaggerated sexual traits, such as square jaws, bulging muscles, while wearing tight or scant clothing and positioned in a variety of hyper-masculine scenarios.

Tom of Finland is an important part of art history and pop culture because of his forward-thinking depiction of homosexuality. Tom's raw and honest art depicted homosexuality with an unabashed and confident air.

And lastly, regardless how different people consider this project, the fact that we are already discussing them means they achieved their goal. :p

I discovered them quite recently and I guess I will stand out with my opinion, but I do think that they are very interesting and that's completely normal to have a ***** casino. As VaIDes already posted, they aren't just random cartoon pictures of half naked men, but they are a very popular and scandulous artists' work from Finland. In the world where there are several hundreds of casinos I think it's just normal to have one casino that is labeled as ***** and even though I am not *****, I did like their approach but they didn't offer bonuses for my country, which was the reason I didn't deposit there yet. It's just a little more scandalous art and there are so many gamblers, ***** or not, who will enjoy this casino. And to be honest, if the casino is good, I don't care how they label themselves and I am all about equality.

I didn't  know that g a y was a censored word.So in the missing spots that's the word I was thinking of. :)

I gathered that's the word you was using.

I personally still don't get the branding and I don't think this casino will ever be for me.  We've certainly moved on from the dark ages where this would be a taboo subject and for me this casino is portraying the wrong message.

You are right of course Blondie, it's quality that matters and I never thought me of all people would be put off a casino because of its name or branding, but I guess on this occassion it's just not for me.

I agree with you coco, and I add that I think online casinos don´t look like the right niche to expose this kind of art, perhaps it had been a better idea to take this pictures and design a theme for a slot, like Scandinavian Babes or Scandinavian Hunks, among others.

Well well, what do we have here. Either the last days of summer is getting scorchingly hot here or the attention of the alluring siren has captivated both my ears and eyes upon her sweet notes of arrival from her warm tempting lips (Sounds of the Chocalo can be heard)  ;)

Nah, it's just Romeo and Juliet who found the ''perfect'' spot to continue their never-ending lovely bubbly soap opera... :p

The only question here would be why choosing a forum topic dedicated to potentially first '*****' casino? :D

4 things are going through my mind

1) Lol Valdes is right, why would she appear now through this first ***** casino thread?

2) Does this mean we will have a casino representative under this casino? And will this individual have the same sexual preference like this casino? It seems implied and it makes sense.

3) Come back!! Where art thou Luciana/Fruit lady Jelena/Jelena Isakov/representative of Fruity Casa?

4) Her screen name, why did she abandon her Luciana account for a FruityJelena? Was she trying to hide from me? No amount of fruits in the world can hide you away from me, my juicy watermelon!!!

Hey I'll sign up, I don't mind being in the "***** casino database" ... Hugo has been quite kind to me when I've tried it so far so I'll happily have some more free spins on that game. Funny choice of game though, is Hugo a ***** icon ?
