Okay so ..., I had 25 free spins at BGO Casino on Secrets of Atlantis. Won £4.20. Changed to Jack and the Beanstalk and got up to £25, changed to Starburst to smash the wagering (only £142). Played @ 40p a spin and Starburst did not let me down! I very quickly raised my balance to almost £90 - it was a very good day on Starburst.

Finished wagering now at just under £80. But here is my dilemma. Do I withdraw or keep trying for more?

Usually I would play some more and see how it goes but I have a rather sizeable withdrawal waiting at another casino which I also got from some free spins, I can't give details yet until the money is in my bank, I don't like to jinx it. But this £80 will bring my winnings to over £700 so.....do I take the gamble and try for me or withdraw?

What would you do guys? I don't like taking risks  :p

I'm definitely not the right person to advise in such situations :) since my greed often prevails my common sense, but wondering if there's some max cashout restriction upon this freebie?

I guess there probably is I haven't checked yet to be honest can't get hold of live chat

Are you happy with the amount you've won? Ask your sexy eye catching self.

In your position, I'd withdraw 50 pounds and use the rest to lure out some more wins! This way, you've secured a win and fed your "fiery flame-broiled unwavering curiosity" too! :p

Nothing but hitting two birds with one stone!  ;)

Yep, I'm happy with the amount because it's from free spins and with my other withdrawal at a different casino it will sit nicely in my account until the kids birthday and xmas.

I have actually made the withdrawal now - still waiting to hold of live chat though. I'll keep you guys posted about withdrawal. It has been a very long time since I played at BGO can't even remember if I have ever withdrawn so it's possible I'll need to verify.

Always wondering when it comes to casino live chat... Shouldn't such a facility be live indeed after all? I mean, what's the point to claim you offer live chat to our customers when it simply doesn't work most of the time or you have to wait 5+ minutes for a simply reply from the chat host... :(

Sharon, congrats on your withdrawal though! You took a wise decision after all! Hope your withdrawal will be processed any time soon. :good:

Support here are able to answer questions and are really friendly however you've hit the nail on the head in regards to the time it takes to get through to them! It's rather annoying actually, they really need to take on more support agents to cut down the waiting times.

Anyways - up date on this withdrawal, it was declined. They couldn't do the bank transfer to players in the UK and since my old card had expired I had to make a deposit to have an updated payment method. I've done this now and re-requested my withdrawal. My account is also verified from before I checked so no need to send in docs.

i made £1000 clear from 10 free spins have been trying to withdraw  - all docs and cards verified but they keep saying my bank is refusing the payment to my card  - aaaaaahhhh

First of all congrats on your winnings. I've now received mine but the first time I requested it ot was declined since I choose the wrong payment method. Is the card your withdrawing too still valid? It hasn't expired?

Do you have a different card you could use? This is what I done I deposited £10 on my new card and then withdrew my winnings back to my card.

Hiya!

I heard it's pretty comon to first deposit an amount above € 10,00 before being able to withdraw your winnings. Anyone knows why is that?

Hi Serena and Welcome to AskGamblers.

To answer your question not necessarily - Those casinos that request you make the minimum deposit before withdrawing are doing so in terms of security and are often referred to as a "Security Deposit"- This will often happen when you withdrawing from a No Deposit Bonus, are you a No Deposit Bonus hunter? LOL ( Not all casinos request these deposits, but some might ask your ID and verification documents instead).

Another reason they implement the Security Deposit its because they want to make sure they will be sending the money back to the correct card details or e-wallet email address or account number since you registering the details when making the deposit or that's what they say at least.

In terms of what Cocopop3011 mentioned above is if you registered card details or any e-wallet payments details, and would like to withdraw to another card or e-wallet method, then you make a deposit with the new payment details to withdraw winnings to the new payment account. Because casinos works on a basis you need to withdraw winnings to the same method you used to make your last deposit.

Hope this was the answer you were looking for.

Obviously I am well late to this party as you already have your money, but my advice would absolutely have been YES, WITHDRAW! Then use that money to grab another bonus elsewhere or better yet, spend £60 on something nice for yourself and just drop £20 in somewhere to keep on hunting a profit :)

I'm amazed you managed that wagering requirement on Starburst, Why is that game so mean only to me ?! I can't believe i'm asking this but... do you click to stop-start the reels or do you just start then wait for them to land? I know I know, it really makes absolutely no difference whatsoever but some people swear their results do differ and I'm just totally stumped as to why this game hates me so much!

It's a valid question since there's been so much speculation in this forum about the STOP button especially on this Starburst slot. No I don't click stop at all, I just leave it on auto-spin and hope for the best, I very rarely watch my spins nowadays.

Starburst has always been a number 1 slot for me when it comes to wagering but I know exactly how you feel. How you are with Starburst I have the exact same relationship with Twin Spin, This game hates me!

Starbust you just leave it on auto spin and hope for the best. I sometimes tick the quick spin and see how it goes as well.

I mean i won a couple of Tournaments on starbust at videoslots.

Sometimes the game is just cold and sometimes its hot.

I never use the quick spin feature on any games, not sure why I don't like it I just don't  ;)  I wonder how many people use it?
