Does anyone use Skrill?

You must be all wondering why this topic appeared. Recently, I have begun to continue doing reviews again but I see that Skrill and Neteller are the only options I have. Some of you must know that Canadian's cannot use Skrill yet I can still deposit and make withdrawals. I don't know about receiving funds from third parties or merchants so I want to know if anyone can help me out?

I have asked the two administrators.........Valdes and Cocopop3011 for assistance however they have closed their accounts leaving me with no options but to ask around. Neteller appears to act the same way as Skrill. My future in writing lies in the hands of another helpful individual otherwise the prophecy will be fulfilled using this picture to vividly explain my "Icy" conclusion :o

What do you need?

I want to know if my Canadian Skrill account can receive funds from third parties. I need someone to send a small $0.01 to my email to confirm. If it works, then that trusted individual will be the one to help me for payments. Should it not work then........the picture above from early post.

Sure, send me the email in PM and we'll give it a try.

It worked when Hajnrih tried the transfer! Thank you mate!

But I do not understand how in the past Valdes could not send the payment to my Skrill account. This is weird however I'd take this over the "prophecy" any day!

I think depending on your purposes, Paypal may be a good alternative too.

It is a good option except payment for reviews aren't one of them, Paypal is excluded for this purpose.....I thank Valdes and Cocopop3011 for making an exception of helping me with this long ago!  :good:  :good:

I also use skrill and neteller so let me know if I can help.

Hajnrih got it covered but thanks for offering Queen of Twin Spin!  :D  ;)

The reason for that is simple mate.

Only recently, but I can't remember which month it was, that Neteller and Skrill could make money transfers freely between one and the other, which wasn't possible at all before this. So if you have Neteller, you can now transfer money to Skrill anytime, and vice versa too.  ^_^

Oh you can? That's great I didn't know that. Great for people who need to do this I know it's been mentioned in the forum loads of times.

Good info to know about that Neteller and Skrill transactions are possible. If my bank keeps stopping my payments i may have to change over to use my Neteller and Skrill where applicable. Hopefully after meeting up at the bank a few days ago the deposit process will be a lot smoother now, guess i'll find out at the weekend :p. In any case good info, Thanks.

Do both parties need both accounts for this to work? Skrill>>>>>>Skrill, Neteller>>>>>>Skrill, Neteller>>>>>>Neteller, Skrill>>>>>>>Neteller

As far as I know it's only possible to transfer from your own Skrill/Neteller to the other account, but I can't say I've ever tried it to another person. It's listed as a deposit option though not as a transfer method so I think you could be asking for bother if you enter somebody elses details to put money in... ?

I'm from USA but i didn't know if there are some terms and condition about the  about receiving funds from third parties or merchants from different country that can't be use the skrill or neteller. It's so confusing.

Bear in mind the fees for depositing from Skrill to Neteller and vice versa are even bigger than for depositing via card, which is crazy considering they are both the same company. Still, it is useful occasionally as I don't have a Neteller mastercard at the moment.

Fees are not that expensive. I pay 1.9% fee for any amount i deposit from neteller to skrill and vice versa.

Yes you are right, if you choose to use a specific neteller skrill account for the first time, you should use it in future just to be safe.

But i think you can upload funds using different neteller accounts, because the neteller details are not saved, every time you make a deposit then you need enter all the neteller details, unlike a card which is kept on file and you just enter the cvv number.

So i think you can use different neteller accounts to deposit to skrill.

Nope. As long as the receiving party has an active account, either Skrill or Neteller, the money transfer can be done.

Neteller to Neteller, Neteller to Skrill...or Skrill to Skrill, Skrill to Neteller...the choice is yours.

If the receiving party hasn't got an account yet, that person needs to open one in order to receive the money transfer. If not done, the money transfer will become null and void after a certain number of days.

Hmm, are you sure about that?... Have just opened my Neteller and guess what, there's no Skrill out there listed as available 'Money Out' method....

As far as I know the same applies for Skrill as well. You could deposit money from your Skrill to Neteller and vise versa if you know the email and pin/password for the other account of course, but direct withdrawals... :unknw:

Thank you merciful Valdes!!! The payment was a success!!! Here I am panicking over a once complicated problem now just an anthill to step over.

In other news, we Canadians can use Skrill again!?!? Casino Heroes, Fruity Casa........I tried Skrill on them and they worked!!! This a quite a shocking surprise, have they went back to their old ways?
