Stake refuse to let me withdraw my fairly won money on sportsbetting

Hello guys i've been playing today sports on Stake won few parlays and suddenly they want me to do level 4 verification (WICH I DID ALREADY ) I was verified for level 4 already , they want me to do it aggain and when i asked what terms of conditions did i break i get the response they don't want to talk about it and i need to verify aggain to level 4 wich is absurd.

Thats the 3 parlays i've won after that they decided to keep my funds frozen for god knows what reason lol , anyways I WAS LEVEL 4 ENCHANCED VERIFIED ALREADY.

You can file a complaint here. Stake does seem to respond to AG complaints.

But they are within their rights to request again and it probably does state that somewhere. I’m not defending them here by the way - but it’s one of those things that’s usually covered. Did you send the additional docs?

Its monday Today im going to send them what they ask but they are known to make this process very hard for players ive seen other peoples complains / waiting time to get approved etc.

@Sportbettor You may have been verified before, but the casino does have the right to request another verification procedure, which is usually stated in their T&C.

Note that they did say it's a temporary suspension, so just do as they requested and see how it goes.

I think you’re going the right thing! Send the docs again, be compliant and let’s just see what happens before we take any next steps.

I applied for complaint aswell but i think waiting time is 24-96 hrs

wondering what kind of bankroll are you working with that you are just chucking 1.6K , 550$, 1.02K on parlays. I am not saying you need a 100K plus bankroll to do 1.6k or 1.02K bets but...

Please just make sure you have submitted the documents again that they’ve asked for

sportsbooks have alot of issues with players betting on behalf of other gamblers etc so this stuff is becoming more and more common. Source of wealth, who paid you the funds before your deposit etc as a reason/way to ban players/syndicates.

Why don't they ask for Verifications when a player is loosing constantly and when a player is depositing ? you can deposit trilion and you need to wait and ***** with them now for 30 days for 10k withdrawal man .. its not fair

Yes. 

I just went through their profile and saw that they do cooperate with AG.

Had to send email to support of askgamblers with more detailed informations now i've sent over 10 pictures showing what they are doing to me including slips what i've been playing and error message i get plus messages from support.

Little update guys , ill be doing kyc level 2 right now and switch to level 3 and 4 tommorow i will keep you all updated here
