I agree that a lack of a proper countdown timer is annoying but surely the exact duration was stated somewhere in their bonus description?

if i recall it correctly u have a timer at snatch.

 

i am really surprised that they didnt give u more time, i got 2 more days that one time, still busted the bonus ^^

That early-expiry stunt is low - if support won't budge, the AGCCS complaint route is worth it, they've sorted similar bonus disputes before. Funny how the 'sign from the universe' only ever shows up on the losing end, never mid-free-spins.

The timer only shows at snatch on some of their promos - on the reload ones it's nowhere to be found. Had a wager vanish on me mid-session there once and support just pointed at the T&Cs. File the AGCCS complaint lucks_maximus, it's the only thing that actually moves them.

That iWild expiry thing is rough lucks_maximus - getting cut off 15-20 minutes before the stated date is just sloppy on their end. If support keeps stonewalling it's worth putting it on the record in the complaints section here, they move faster once it's public. On the upside a forced cool-off isn't the worst thing for the bankroll.

Welcome to the club mate! I closed my account quite some time back simply because I cannot stand the rubbish things the casino do!

@lucks_maximus that's rough - expiring a bonus 15-20 minutes before midnight with no countdown is exactly the detail you only find out the hard way. formerPokerpro has a point about trying support again on a weekday when the senior team is in - some casinos reinstate on goodwill once you point out there was no timer anywhere. Either way, posting the warning here does everyone a favor.

Btw did you confirm if the time on the bonus profile was your local time or cet? These casinos operate on cet and the casino transactions also show cet time.

I think all international casinos tune their clocks to CET time, except for Asian casinos of course.

 Maximum number of casinos show your local time in transaction and bonus history. Yes internally they use cet but for players profile its mostly local time. Iwild, snatch and other Altacore casinos dont show a players local time.

Yes, I agree @Blackjax, but for bonus expiry period, I think they use CET instead.
