loceff13 Posted September 1 Posted September 1 Given most of us will be aware of AG etc offering a casino complaints/disputes process how long do you generally wait before opening a dispute? ie I requested a small withdrawal at MrPunter(known for long withdrawal times etc) and it's been 9 days and theres been no update(you can't do KYC/verification until withdrawal department asks you do submit it) when its meant to be within 3 working days iirc. They do seem to payout eventually but the likes of an AG complaint seems to get a casino response within days of opening it vs going the normal route via their site and waiting weeks.. I guess will be my first complaint if I don't hear anything in the next few days. Quote

If you feel like you have exhausted your options at the casino you are more than welcome to open a complaint with us, of course Quote
Maiwen Posted Saturday at 03:56 PM Posted Saturday at 03:56 PM Most of the problems I've encountered with online casinos are related to withdrawals. before opening a camplaint against the casino, I usually wait a week. If my problem isn't resolved after that time, then I file a complaint against the casino, and only if my account is fully verified. Quote
loceff13 Posted 14 hours ago Author Posted 14 hours ago I got paid ~5 hours after opening the complaint(before it was published), took something like 12 days to payout. No verification was the only plus to my experience with mrpunter. Quote
Maddison Dwyer Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Twelve days, with the withdrawal arriving five hours after the complaint was opened, is a good example of why I’d keep a simple paper trail rather than rely on an arbitrary waiting period. Once the stated three working days had passed, I’d want the casino to confirm what was outstanding and give an actual timeframe. If the answer remained “please wait”, escalating seems reasonable. I wouldn’t assume the complaint caused the payment, but it did create a clear record of the delay. Quote
