To answer your question, I wish game providers would look more into how to get the theoretical rtp as HIGH as possible, rather than as LOW as possible.

I have noticed in several casinos lately that the replay function inside your games isn't working properly. Is this because those casinos run older versions of your slots, or is it something you are actively trying to fix?

when i load up your slots it feels a litte like time traveling back to 2015-2017.

most your games look and feel like they were made quite some years ago. the bonus buys are super cheap which but this makes it nearly impossible to win huge on them.

do u guys have some plans to spice things up a little bit?

One of my biggest irks on TaDa titles is sometimes titles don't remember bet size when you reload the game(often works fine but other times it will reset to the higher base amount), it's a bare minimum for a good customer experience imo. Bonus buy wins should also be able to generate replay links to show off to your friends, the replay/my top wins manager often freezes up ingame and does not populate your latest bigwin requiring a page refresh to go find it. 

 

If you compare that to say the experience with bet size and the replay manage on pragmatic it's a pretty big difference. The titles are ok, I would love to see more 10c NZD options for the slots too.

I really like the missions you offer on your slots and the wincards which come from it. I havent seen any other provider do this so this is definitely an advantage you have.

It would be nice if you could clearly state on the information of each slot what is the RTP %, The site which I play on does not show this. RTP % is probably the most crucial thing what us slot players look for when deciding on a slot to play on. OFC I can google the RTP but there can be different RTP version slots that you offer. Also how is the RTP% calculated, with the RTP which comes from the wincards or not? 

Someone already mentioned this but the bet history/replays do not work on some sites. Not sure if the fault is on your side or the site I play on.

Im eager to see even more volatile slots from you, I dont think I have ever won more than 5x the bonus value on any of your slots.

The bet replays etc only work when it's a natural spin not a bonus buy.

They also do work on the bonus buy on some sites. I had a win which was 4x the bonus buy showing up on my best wins with a replay link.

Hey! Can you take a look about card feature? Sometimes I'm unable to use them, since it's showming me that balance its too low. I saw that is already mentioned, but replay feature should be available in the bonus buy, shoudnt be hard to implement it imo.

Regarding the RTP display, could you clarify if you mean the standard theoretical RTP in the game rules, or real-time session RTP? (Our team is also checking with our account manager regarding how WinCards factor into the math).

For the replay issue, which country and casino site did you experience this on? We'd like to look into it right away.

And note taken on volatility—more high-volatility titles are on the way!

Could you provide a screenshot or the game round ID next time you encounter this, along with the casino site you're playing on? Having those details will allow our tech team to pull the logs and investigate the replay behavior further. We really appreciate your help!

Regarding the replay function issue you mentioned across different casinos: could you let us know which country and which specific casino platforms/sites you were playing on?

Also, if you happen to have any screenshots showing what you encountered, that would really help our tech team check the operator version and investigate the logs!

Regarding the bet size memory: your last-played bet preferences are stored locally via browser cookies. Do you frequently switch between different devices, use incognito mode, or clear your browser cache? That might be why it occasionally resets.

For the replay manager freezing up: next time you experience this freeze, could you share a screenshot showing where it gets stuck? That will help our technical team trace the client error and look into a fix.

As for Bonus Buy replay links and lower stake options (like NZD 0.10), we’ve passed your suggestions directly to our product and account teams for review. Thanks again for the great feedback!

Thanks for the honest feedback! Looks like I’ll have to tell my grandpa that his art style is way too boring—we definitely hear you on bringing fresher themes and visuals! Regarding the Bonus Buy limits and big wins, could you share which country you're playing from and what currency you use? We’d like to check the local Bonus Buy settings available for your region.
