Odd29 Posted August 24 Posted August 24 Shuffle.us closed my account and is withholding approximately $48,000 I am posting this publicly because Shuffle.us has closed my account, withheld approximately $48,000, accused me of wrongdoing, and then effectively cut off communication without providing evidence or a meaningful opportunity to dispute their decision. Here are the basic facts: On July 15, 2026 I deposited approximately $10,000 of my own funds into my Shuffle.us account. I was playing base spins with my deposited balance, no bonus funds and no bonus buys were involved. I accumulated a balance of approximately $48,000 and initiated a redemption/withdrawal. Instead of paying the withdrawal, Shuffle ultimately closed my account and stated that I had engaged in “third-party manipulation/exploitation” involving the game Zeus’s Thunderbolt. That is an extremely serious accusation, yet Shuffle has not provided me with evidence showing what I supposedly did, what specific activity violated their terms, or how they determined that I personally manipulated or exploited anything. I did not manipulate the game, use software to interfere with it, or knowingly exploit a vulnerability. I played a game that Shuffle itself made available on its platform. Shuffle subsequently removed the game, but that does not explain how a player who simply played the game is responsible for an alleged defect or vulnerability in software offered by the casino. What makes this situation particularly concerning is that Shuffle is not simply refusing to pay winnings. They are also retaining approximately $10,000 that I deposited myself just before playing. That was 1 deposit and is not the sum of all my deposits. Even if Shuffle genuinely believes there was an issue with the game, I do not understand how that gives them the right to confiscate my original deposited funds without demonstrating that I committed fraud or intentionally participated in an exploit. I have repeatedly attempted to obtain an explanation and resolve this directly. Instead, my account was closed and meaningful communication stopped. I am asking Shuffle.us to: Provide the specific evidence supporting its allegation that I personally engaged in manipulation or exploitation. Identify the specific transactions, wagers, or conduct it claims violated its terms. Explain the basis for confiscating my original approximately $10,000 deposit. Provide a complete accounting of my balance and disputed funds. Pay the approximately $48,000 owed, or at an absolute minimum immediately return my deposited funds if Shuffle continues disputing the winnings. A casino should not be able to accept a player’s deposits, allow the player to wager on a game offered on its own platform, refuse a substantial withdrawal after the player wins, make a broad accusation of “exploitation,” close the account, keep the money, and then stop communicating. If Shuffle has legitimate evidence that I intentionally manipulated its platform, I am asking them to produce it. If they do not, they should pay the funds they are withholding. This is unacceptable and should not be allowed!!! Quote
joemoo28 Posted August 25 Posted August 25 $48k is no joke. Hopefully Shuffle addresses this publicly and provides some actual evidence instead of just closing the account. thanks for exposing them Quote
Odd29 Posted August 25 Author Posted August 25 I agree but this has been going on since july 14. I have to believe that the gambling community will not tolerate or accept this kind of behavior. Quote

NOBODY can accept such kind of behavior by any casino, BUT, that is the FACT of playing at online casinos - they are NEVER CLEAN!!! Quote
loceff13 Posted August 25 Posted August 25 Have you considering opening up a dispute with askgamblers? Quote
Flatzem888 Posted August 25 Posted August 25 wait are you saying you deposited 10K to play just one specific game.. you felt you had the advantage to play this game and had it all figured out... was there something wrong with the game cause shuffle removed it.. some kind of bug.. Quote
Odd29 Posted August 26 Author Posted August 26 I deposited 10k and messed around on dice for a minute and then went to slots because I had just won big playing slots on another site. Zeus’s thunderbolt was recommended so I played it. I won off of base spins, I was betting big so the wins seemed big but really they were only like x4 and x9 Quote

Flatzem888 Posted August 26 Posted August 26 I looked up the info about zeus's thunderbolt and its got a very low RTP of 93.96% and max win is 2000x. It's made by NetGaming. tried it out in demo.... 80x for a bonus buy paid 155.5x Quote

If I would have known that it was so low I honestly doubt I would have played it. Quote

Winnings, bonuses earned, and $10k deposit. Then ghosted. Quote

Odd29 Posted 1 hour ago Author Posted 1 hour ago Things have become significantly more complicated since my initial report. I originally raised this dispute because Shuffle withheld approximately $48,000 while I was attempting to resolve 2FA issues, satisfy KYC requirements, clear a pending redemption. After nearly two weeks of silence, Shuffle vaguely cited third-party game manipulation and exploitation, abruptly closed my account, and confiscated the entire balance, including my original $10,000 deposit. At that point, I brought the issue to public forums seeking third-party mediation and community support. Over time, Shuffle’s allegations grew much more specific: they claimed that specially generated backend requests originated from an authenticated session tied to my account. While Shuffle characterized their technical evidence as indisputable, I know with absolute certainty that I did not generate those requests, manipulate any game outcomes, or participate in coordinated exploitation. Only upon learning the exact technical nature of Shuffle's accusation did the full picture become clear: this activity directly aligned with the security compromise I had reported just prior to the incident. Because I notified Shuffle of suspicious account access before the disputed gameplay took place, the unfamiliar sessions and unauthorized access offer a direct, plausible explanation for Shuffle's backend findings. I submitted this documented breach as critical context, requesting that the dispute be formally reevaluated against the complete, chronological timeline. To date, I have received no substantive response from either Shuffle or the mediator. This represents a critical security breakdown on Shuffle’s part. Referencing Shuffle's backend logs against my authenticated sessions, device footprints, and reported security timeline should easily resolve this matter: Session Attribution: If unauthorized access occurred after I formally notified Shuffle that my account was compromised, I cannot legitimately be held liable for exploit-related requests attributable to the intruder. Return of Principal Funds: At an absolute minimum, Shuffle has zero justification to retain my original $10,000 deposit, and those funds must be returned immediately. Quote
