  1. idk, I can't get any information or any answers from shuffle. they sent me an email that said they closed my account due to violating some vague terms, cited some 3rd party manipulation / exploitation clauses, and kept all of my money. Winnings, bonuses earned, and $10k deposit. Then ghosted.
  2. lol I didn't even pay attention to the rtp, some said play it so I did. If I would have known that it was so low I honestly doubt I would have played it.
  3. I deposited 10k and messed around on dice for a minute and then went to slots because I had just won big playing slots on another site. Zeus’s thunderbolt was recommended so I played it. I won off of base spins, I was betting big so the wins seemed big but really they were only like x4 and x9
  4. I agree but this has been going on since july 14. I have to believe that the gambling community will not tolerate or accept this kind of behavior.
  5. Shuffle.us closed my account and is withholding approximately $48,000 I am posting this publicly because Shuffle.us has closed my account, withheld approximately $48,000, accused me of wrongdoing, and then effectively cut off communication without providing evidence or a meaningful opportunity to dispute their decision. Here are the basic facts: On July 15, 2026 I deposited approximately $10,000 of my own funds into my Shuffle.us account. I was playing base spins with my deposited balance, no bonus funds and no bonus buys were involved. I accumulated a balance of approximately $48,000 and initiated a redemption/withdrawal. Instead of paying the withdrawal, Shuffle ultimately closed my account and stated that I had engaged in “third-party manipulation/exploitation” involving the game Zeus’s Thunderbolt. That is an extremely serious accusation, yet Shuffle has not provided me with evidence showing what I supposedly did, what specific activity violated their terms, or how they determined that I personally manipulated or exploited anything. I did not manipulate the game, use software to interfere with it, or knowingly exploit a vulnerability. I played a game that Shuffle itself made available on its platform. Shuffle subsequently removed the game, but that does not explain how a player who simply played the game is responsible for an alleged defect or vulnerability in software offered by the casino. What makes this situation particularly concerning is that Shuffle is not simply refusing to pay winnings. They are also retaining approximately $10,000 that I deposited myself just before playing. That was 1 deposit and is not the sum of all my deposits. Even if Shuffle genuinely believes there was an issue with the game, I do not understand how that gives them the right to confiscate my original deposited funds without demonstrating that I committed fraud or intentionally participated in an exploit. I have repeatedly attempted to obtain an explanation and resolve this directly. Instead, my account was closed and meaningful communication stopped. I am asking Shuffle.us to: Provide the specific evidence supporting its allegation that I personally engaged in manipulation or exploitation. Identify the specific transactions, wagers, or conduct it claims violated its terms. Explain the basis for confiscating my original approximately $10,000 deposit. Provide a complete accounting of my balance and disputed funds. Pay the approximately $48,000 owed, or at an absolute minimum immediately return my deposited funds if Shuffle continues disputing the winnings. A casino should not be able to accept a player’s deposits, allow the player to wager on a game offered on its own platform, refuse a substantial withdrawal after the player wins, make a broad accusation of “exploitation,” close the account, keep the money, and then stop communicating. If Shuffle has legitimate evidence that I intentionally manipulated its platform, I am asking them to produce it. If they do not, they should pay the funds they are withholding. This is unacceptable and should not be allowed!!!
  6. Any word on that? If you can check? id=Cd53DS49ej6rp9cLqWV37 id=Cd53W2meYefPeUtzgshww
  7. The lack of respect from shuffle towards their players baffles me
  8. I meant to quote you initially in previous post ^^^
  9. Amazing Here’s the exact July 16, 2026 gameplay Shuffle.us cites as "exploitation." Game & Provider: Zeus's Thunderbolt by NetGaming (Bet IDs: Cd53W2me and Cd53DS49). Gameplay: Standard spins using normal bets ($9,600 and $4,000) resulting in standard payouts (4.90x and 6.52x multipliers). No bonus buys, no bonus money
  10. I won some money on a slot, tried to withdraw $44k it got stuck in review, then they closed my account and kept the money citing game exploitation which I absolutely did not do. "We are writing to inform you that, following a review of activity associated with your account, we have determined that the account was used to exploit a game in order to obtain an improper advantage and generate profit. This activity is prohibited under the Shuffle.us Terms and Conditions, including: Section 2.7.4, which prohibits exploiting the Service in any unauthorized manner; Sections 3.8.9 and 3.8.11, which prohibit tampering with a Game or its associated computer programs and otherwise abusing the Website; and Section 4.13, which permits us to suspend or terminate an account, refuse future use of the Service, and take action regarding account balances where the Service or an account has been used improperly or in breach of the Terms." And nothing more. I asked them for proof of this wild claim and a more detailed explanation but they since have not engaged in any communication. This is crazy to me. I know this has to be a mistake or something. Shuffle needs to show proof of this allegation or pay me my $44k withdraw, my $4k balance, any bonuses that account has acquired, and keep account closed. I won't be back there to play again, ever. They should at least send me back my deposit of $10,000. (they would need to read emails for sending address)
  11. Is there a casino rep for shuffle.us?
