Before that, I’d been waiting for about two weeks; everything had been fine before that. Yesterday, my friend had 1,000 withdrawn in a single day; it’s hard to understand why they’re having these problems, which have been going on for quite some time now.

Looks like its a delay tactic. They want you to cancel your withdrawal and expect you to play down your funds. 

Have patience and hopefully they will pay.

liquidity, easier to pay smaller withdrawals than raise the funds for larger withdrawals. Does not bode well for the casino

Hello, I've been waiting for my withdrawal from this platform for 6 days.

I've always been paid in USDT TRC-20.

I got to this wallet TE3tkgzxMg1YiMXauwC1TAETvLJ6RMk8o1

This is where my payments this year have been sent from. It has sufficient funds to make payments, and yet they haven't paid.

It seems they are also sending USDT to other wallets; I assume these are withdrawals from other users.

 

I have two withdrawal requests:

$770

$550

Even though they're small withdrawals, they've taken a long time. They increased my commission from 3% to 5%, and I told them I was going to leave the exchange; maybe that's why they're making me wait.

Update:

I wanted to provide an update on my case.

My cryptocurrency withdrawal has now been pending for over 14 days.

I have remained in regular contact with Bet-Football support throughout this period. They continue to confirm that there is an ongoing technical issue affecting most cryptocurrency withdrawals and that they are unable to provide any estimated timeframe.

I also asked whether cancelling my current crypto withdrawal and submitting a new withdrawal via Payz would be a better option. After checking internally, they advised me to keep my current withdrawal, explaining that cancelling it could delay the process by several more days.

At this point, I'm continuing to wait, but I wanted to share this information in case it helps other users experiencing the same issue.

If there is any progress, I'll update this thread again.

It appears that some newer withdrawal requests are being processed before older ones. If all of these delays are caused by the same technical issue, could someone explain how the processing order works?

@SegundaChance One reason for such a discrepancy may be due to the deposit/withdrawal method used for that already processed withdrawal whilst yours is still in pending mode.

One more reason may also be due to technicality issues with one specific withdrawal processor only.

I was checking their movements on websites, and they are paying little amounts, big amounts pay just 1 per day

On Bet Football’s website they have an ADR program, i contacted them yesterday to solve my problem, i will wait response, i’m doing everything to solve it

Have you received any response from them yet? I'm also considering using the ADR process, since my withdrawal has now been pending for around 19 days.

Looks to me like the casino is short of funds to pay you in bigger amounts, so better little by little than none at all, right?
