Hi, unfortunately I still haven't received any part of my withdrawal. Mine was requested on July 26 and is still pending. I’m also trying to understand whether anyone who requested a withdrawal in August has already been paid, as that could give us a better idea of whether they are processing withdrawals in chronological order or not. Have you received anything from your withdrawal yet?

I understand your point, and I have also considered the possibility that this could be related to liquidity. However, I've been a customer of Bet-Football for more than 6 years, and from my experience they are certainly not a newly established or small operation. I've made numerous cryptocurrency withdrawals with them over the years, including relatively large amounts, and they were always processed without issues until now. That's why I'm finding the current situation particularly difficult to understand. I don't want to assume that they are short on funds, especially since some withdrawals are still being processed. Hopefully we'll get some clearer information soon.

@Afi4wins Do you think there is anything we, as players, can actually do at this point to help get the pending withdrawals processed? For example, is there any formal procedure, ADR process, complaint or other action that could put pressure on the situation and help get the payments moving?

I asked whether changing to another payment method such as EcoPayz, Skrill or Neteller would help. Bet-Football has now confirmed that withdrawal delays are affecting all payment methods.

That's interesting. So you received the $6,000 as a partial payment towards your pending withdrawals, rather than one of the withdrawals being fully completed? Do you know whether Bet-Football gave you any explanation for why they processed $6,000 now? Also, have you received any response from the ADR yet?

Hi @Jorgemanzano, I saw that you contacted Bet-Football's ADR regarding your withdrawal issue. Have you received any response from them yet? I'm also considering using the ADR process, since my withdrawal has now been pending for around 19 days. If you receive any response or information from them, I'd really appreciate it if you could share an update here.

This is quite confusing. It appears that some newer withdrawal requests are being processed before older ones. If all of these delays are caused by the same technical issue, could someone explain how the processing order works? My withdrawal has now been pending for over 14 days, so I'm trying to understand why newer requests are being completed first.

Update: I wanted to provide an update on my case. My cryptocurrency withdrawal has now been pending for over 14 days. I have remained in regular contact with Bet-Football support throughout this period. They continue to confirm that there is an ongoing technical issue affecting most cryptocurrency withdrawals and that they are unable to provide any estimated timeframe. I also asked whether cancelling my current crypto withdrawal and submitting a new withdrawal via Payz would be a better option. After checking internally, they advised me to keep my current withdrawal, explaining that cancelling it could delay the process by several more days. At this point, I'm continuing to wait, but I wanted to share this information in case it helps other users experiencing the same issue. If there is any progress, I'll update this thread again.

@cocopop3011, based on your experience, would opening a formal AskGamblers Complaint be likely to help move things forward, or would you recommend waiting a little longer since Bet-Football is still responding and claims this is a general technical issue?

Hi, Sorry to hear you're going through the same situation. I'm actually Portuguese, not Spanish, but we can definitely keep each other updated here on the forum. One thing I find confusing is that the original poster mentioned receiving the funds after 12 days, while you've now been waiting 17 days for a much larger withdrawal. If this is the same technical issue affecting multiple withdrawals, I wonder why some withdrawals are being processed while others remain pending for much longer. @cocopop3011, based on your experience, would opening a formal AskGamblers Complaint be likely to help move things forward, or would you recommend waiting a little longer since Bet-Football is still responding and claims this is a general technical issue? Hopefully we'll both receive our funds soon. I'll update this thread if there is any progress with my withdrawal.

Hi, thanks for your reply. That's correct. They have repeatedly told me they cannot provide any estimated timeframe. They are still responding to my emails and live chat messages, but the replies are always very similar. They keep saying there is a technical issue affecting multiple cryptocurrency withdrawals, that my case has been escalated, and that the delay is related to their payment provider. They have not rejected my withdrawal, they have not requested any additional verification documents, and they have confirmed that this is not specific to my account. At the moment, my withdrawal has been pending for about 10 days, so I'm hoping it will be resolved soon. I'll continue to update this thread if there is any progress.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to mention that I am currently experiencing exactly the same issue with Bet-Football. I have been a customer for more than 7 years and have successfully completed many cryptocurrency withdrawals in the past without any problems. However, my latest cryptocurrency withdrawal, for close to €4,000, has now been pending for around 9 days. Customer support keeps telling me that there is a technical issue affecting multiple withdrawals, that my request has been escalated, and that they cannot provide any estimated timeframe. They have not rejected my withdrawal, they have not requested any additional verification documents, and they have confirmed that this is not an issue specific to my account. I hope, like the original poster, that this will eventually be resolved, but I wanted to confirm that this does not appear to be an isolated case. I will update this thread as soon as there is any progress.
