Dear AskGamblers Team and Community, I am submitting this complaint regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue with Bet Football ( Orbit Exchange Partner ) I requested my withdrawal/transfer to my wallet (35,000 usd ) , but the customer support team continues to give vague responses without providing any estimated time of arrival (ETA) or confirmation that the funds will be paid out. When asked if I could guarantee my money would arrive in my wallet, support responded with generic statements like: "We are still waiting for further updates at the moment" and "The best option is to wait for the official update." I have been polite and patient, but the support team refuses to provide accurate information, clear deadlines, or solid confirmation regarding my funds. As a customer, I cannot continue betting or trusting this service under these conditions.

I visited cashy now, I see they have a limit of 10,000usd. I will wait two days, If Bet-Football don’t pay me then I will separate my case in parts, I have many withdrawals , one of them is 9,900, I will use cashy for that

Hello AskGamblers community, I am writing to expose a critical payment issue with Bet-Football (an Orbit Exchange partner). My username is facturatotal25. I have 6 pending crypto withdrawals that have been delayed for over 6 days. Despite their email stating the issue was 'solved', and their support confirming yesterday via Teams that payments were 'currently being processed', I have received no funds. The most alarming part is that they cannot provide a Transaction ID (Hash). As we know, in crypto, a hash is generated immediately upon processing. This proves they are lying to delay the payment. I am a high-volume client and I demand the immediate release of my funds. I have already contacted Orbit Exchange and filed a dispute with SBR. Im trying to attach screenshots but your system reports like an error, I have all evidence, i’m needing transparency.
