Recommended Posts

  • 1 month later...

No one from Team Videoslots ever answered.

another casino that is legit also masks the casinomodule.com. Skills on net.

I closed every single Skills account. And man did the see business from me.

10000 casinos out there. Personally, I don’t like this masking the web site.  Why??

not for me.

if I don’t see CASINOMODULE.com.... I will not place a bet.

direx NV casinos are showing it. Always. I like that provider very much. Clean honest.

happy new year

Arcanbet NetEnt does not end with casinomodule.com and when I questioned them about it, they left me on chat without a response.

i found them here and made honest deposits.

Arcanebet right, the one with curacao license? They have 17x wagering requirement if not mistaken, just went through verification there 2days ago and was ready to deposit. Now you are worrying me johnny :(

I wouldn't worry about that, I've seen many casinos that show URL as the game name not casinomodule and there's no reason to think that the games are "fake" . It feels like a big conspiracy theory, Johnny. I also played at Arcanebet, the games played exactly the same like at other Netent casinos.

King player casino and Noxwin we’re doing the same thing with everymatrix. They were both blacklisted everywhere.

I’m gonna file a complaint against them. I am permanently excluded from all EVERYMATRIX CASINO. they admitted via email that the NETENT games are not theirs.

This is the exact type of email KINGPLAYER had sent to me a few years ago.

It is absolutely in no way whatsoever deceiving and has no relevance at all to you as a customer, whether the game is enabled through a third party or not, as long as the game itself comes from the source gaming provider (and as proven it is, see NetEnt example below). All the games and random number generators are certified by independent third parties and comply with all applicable rules and regulations.

Yes blondie. Videoslots and skills on net use different URLs. Yes.

But if you look at the URL..... the word FUN is there. I’m telling you the reels spin differently. Like they have Not been oiled.

fishy. Noxwin and kingplayer did the same thing. We saw that I was right at the end. It was proven that they were crooks.

This is the way I see NETENT offerings.

casinomodule.com directly to me is like buying a car directly from the manufacturer.

non casinomodule.com offerings is like the manufacturer selling the car to a dealer who does whatever the F he does to it and then sells it to me.

Real money being deposited I want casinomodule.com!!! 20%?and less Rtp on videoslots after they started masking their URL. Starburst was at 122% after tens of thousands of dollars wagered. Then they mask and I go under 80%! OVER ALL!!!

no way!!!!!

casinomodule.com only please.

Arcane et is denying that they are using everymatrix. Proven to have a bad history.

their email to me.....

we have given you proof of the contrary. You claim we are an EveryMatrix casino, we have given you proof of the contrary. It is a complete mystery to us why you are starting this crusade against us.

look at the URL. EVERYMATRIX!!!!

unbelievable. I have emailed NETENT and they have never heard of arcanenwt nor it’s owner.

When you noticed the url masking for VS, how long did you play for before you realised that something is wrong and stopped playing there. You may be onto something. Session RTP tells the story, do auto play for 100 spins at a time or so and note the rtp for each batch you will find the truth that way about how the rng is dealing.

Johnny,

An experienced player like you is supposed to know that NetEnt (as well as any other big gaming provider) is often  selling to end-user customers (casino operators) indirectly.  Which means there is a middle company/platform (such as TAIN, EveryMatrix, Direx, etc etc) who are buying from NetEnt directly and then selling to their partner casinos. Of course, by 'selling' I mean providing paid access to legitimate software pool of the relevant gaming vendor.

If you intend to commit your time in exposing supposedly counter-fate usage of NetEnt games, then make sure to contact both the operator and the vendor itself first and clarify whether the method of offering NetEnt product/s is featuring am intermediary company or not.

Hi there,

I’m the representative of arcanebet.com on Askgamblers.

Who are we?

We’re a Curacao casino that is trying to do things right (...gasp!). We try to KYC and approve withdrawal requests of players within hours. Only a few days ago, for example, we processed a payout of 150.000 NOK (14.500 EUR) in under 24 hours. The player was kind enough to testify to that on our review page. It’s not big enough a sample to prove to anyone that we are fast, but it does show where our priorities lie and how we try to approach things.

We also try to engage with the community in an open and transparent way. We know Curacao has a bad reputation (and we are in the process of obtaining an MGA license for that reason alone), but by doing things properly, we are showing players every day that at least there are some exceptions out there.

It’s been an uphill battle but slowly and surely we are gaining traction as a reputable casino. Our vision and player-centred approach has led to a great TrustPilot review page and – despite only having been listed very recently here – positive reviews on Askgamblers.

What happened?

A player (Johnnygotthebone on this forum) wrote us claiming that our NetEnt games are fake and demanded his money back. He then claimed we were a casino of EveryMatrix and asked his money back for those reasons.

Is it true?

No… Our NetEnt games are not fake. As we told Johnny:

Quote

Thanks for contacting us and sorry we weren't available to assist you in live chat right away.

NetEnt is integrated through a slot aggregator called EveryMatrix. That is why you see this name in the game launch URL. The source of the game, however, is NetEnt themselves. All the slot aggregator does, is facilitate us in having a wide range of games available at once, through a single integration.

To check whether the source includes the casinomodule URL you mentioned, you can do the following:

1. Open a NetEnt game in the internet browser Chrome;
2. Press F12;
3. Click on Network;
4. Type "casinomodule" in the search;
5. Check the results: see screenshot -> https://gyazo.com/20f2d9e60c7b601b24b8d0dac470162b

And you can see that the source is indeed NetEnt themselves, as we have an agreement with both the slot aggregator and NetEnt themselves about offering their games.

You can also contact NetEnt themselves, they will also confirm this.

Then the player claimed we should have not accepted him as a player, because he’s banned / self-excluded on EveryMatrix casino’s.

Are we an EveryMatrix casino?

No. We use CasinoEngine from EveryMatrix as a slot aggregator (a single point of integration allowing us access to multiple gaming providers), but we have absolutely no operational link to EveryMatrix. We have our own license and are our own company. As we told Johnny:

Quote

Thanks for your reply. I can assure you that we are not owned by EveryMatrix at all. We are our own company with the following details:

TH Gambling N.V. E-Commerce Park Vredenberg, Curacao, Ara Hill Top Building Unit A-2 Pletterijweg Oost 1. License and regulation are provided by the Government of Curacao, license #365/JAZ.

We are the license holder, own the platform, process your payments, withdrawals, verify your identity, etc. All that CasinoEngine from EveryMatrix does is provide us with games, the same way it would be when we would get them directly from the source, as shown in our previous reply.

It is absolutely in no way whatsoever deceiving and has no relevance at all to you as a customer, whether the game is enabled through a third party
aggregator or not, as long as the game itself comes from the source gaming provider (and as proven it is, see NetEnt example below). All the games and random number generators are certified by independent third parties and comply with all applicable rules and regulations. NetEnt is a good example as it is one of the front-runners in this area.

How did the player respond?

We understand that players have concerns, many Curacao casino’s have proven them right in the past and we regret the bad name the industry has gotten due to that. We are trying to change that, by communicating openly and providing proof when such worries are addressed.

However, in this particular case, it seems that the player was not looking for a real reply, he just wanted the money back, no matter what we said or what proof was provided. He then posted the review on askgamblers, another one on our trustpilot posing as someone else and threatened to do the same on casinomeister and many more to come.

Final note

It makes us really sad internally that we have to see such bad reviews popping-up by this one individual that really harm our reputation (proof above, the player “copyyy” immediately not wanting to play anymore with us).

The funny thing is, that if Johnny had reached out to us saying “Damn, I lost my money and had such bad luck”, we would have very likely given him a cashback, because he did indeed lose his money very fast. It makes for a bad experience, we understand that, but there is nothing we can do about that, just because our games are legitimate, and we cannot manipulate the results.

Some casino-games are very volatile, you can win big and go on a spree, but the downside of experiencing such rush, is that you can also lose your money very quickly. All we can do as a casino, is to be on the player side, by being understanding and where possible give a little bit back. And, when that big hit comes, to process the withdrawal fast and without hassle.

However, Johnny took a completely different approach and simply tried to blackmail us “give me money or I write bad reviews” and this we cannot accept. We try to be on the player side, but it has to stay reasonable and when proof is provided that suspicions or claims are false, we also expect for people to believe what is in front of their eyes.

I hope that at least the people that want to objectively judge us can accept the proof and see that the claims are false.

We have also sent proof to AskGamblers of the following:

  1. NetEnt themselves confirming (on paper) that the games on arcanebet.com are legitimate, original and not in any way manipulated.

  2. A notarized copy of our license, showing we are our own company and not linked in any way to the white label company EveryMatrix has.

Could you please confirm, @AskGamblers?

i want all my deposits back.

Nothing Stops them from offering both. Every matrix and casinomodule.

i have proof I was playing everymatrix. I’m not even allowed.

and y’all Save the smart remarks please about me looking to lie and get money back cause I lost.

These people should be liable. We had the same conversation about KING PLAYER AND NOXWIN years ago and GAME TECH and in the end I was right.

Save the “ damn I lost my money remarks”

I don’t about the couple of hundred bucks. Not about the money.

y’all do not link me to NETENT. It’s filtered though the every matrix engine. Maybe refined and cut. I don’t trust ever matrix. I banned myself. From all their casinos.

no where does it say in your terms that NETENT games are through every matrix.
if I knew, I would have never played NETENT.

i even offer to take half my money back as a good sign of faith and was very clear that I would not withdrawal and probably blow it all right back. Y’all thought I was some damn scam artist. Please!!!

yall are in the wrong. You owe me all my NETENT losses back. A few hundred bucks.

do the right thing. Actually, give it to charity with my name on it. That’s good enough.

just stop lying please about not filtering your games through EVERY MATRIX! The URL is clear.

this is the URL. Clear as water!!!!!!!

I’m banned from everymatrix. This is not directly from NETENT. It’s filtered through them. Proven to have had huge issues in the past with KING PLAYER AND NOXWIN and many more. Every matrix was once a top supplier. Now they have the worst reviews everywhere!!!

I never signed up to play there  I signed up at ARCANEBET..... everymatrix is written nowhere in your site  why should you filter games through them when I’m playing??? Why???

omg. I just read this???? Blackmail??? Omg. Exact same words from KING PLAYER. OMG. I DIDNT black mail anyone. I kindly asked for my money back with a valid explanation. Y’all denied the truth and started making false accusations.

lmao. On a bad week I can deposit over 20k. You think I’m gonna humiliate myself for a couple of hundred???? Wow. Disgraceful.

i have nothing left to say. Show good faith and reimburse me in anyway you see fit. It’s the right thing.

Monday I will open a valid complaint. Let the people decide.

have a nice day.

Videoslots and skills on net MASK their URL. My rtp on starburst went from 122% to less than 80% after tens of thousands that were deposits. But to be fair. Masking the URL is different than what ARCANEBET is doing. They are not masking. They are filtering through EVERYMATRIX. everymatrix used to be the best until they were exposed everywhere.

casino luck

next casino

and so many other casinos left them.

I exposed king player and Noxwin everywhere. Pure damn fraud!!! Both closed.

ARCANEBET Does not mask nor do they link players to casinomodule.com.

it’s different there.  I don’t know what every matrix does to the games before I spin. Slots spin as if they need oil!!! I play enough to see the difference. I want nothing to do with every matrix.

Regarding arcanebet, I didn’t have time to check the validity of the other providers... I dunno if they are also every matrix. But one thing for 100000000%.... NETENT is coming from ebery matrix, not casinosmodule and it’s not MASKED like videoslots and skills on net.
