ValDes
Hi Awena, not sure if they have "fake" games, was just commenting on how I realized how bad their black-Jack game was when you play and the dealer seems to pull unbelievable cards when ordinarily this type of pull can occur sometimes but not that often. I wrote a post on Omni casino but I see it was pulled this morning for whatever reason. I was just simply stating my observations but I guess Ask Gamblers doesn't like when gamblers speak negatively about their "trusted" sites. lol Let's be honest... honestdude... Your comment was not removed " for whatever reason", but because it was in a clear violation of one of our Posting Guidelines. The exact message you have been sent upon removing your comment was as follows: "Comment has been deleted due to violation of AskGamblers Posting Guidelines, section Facts. Please make sure to check all Posting Guidelines here - http://www.askgamblers.com/posting-guidelines We would like to remind the player that casino has zero influence over the outcome of any bet placed as this is controlled by the gaming provider itself." Just because YOU decided that the blackjack game offered in the aforementioned casino does not fit into your expectations and ideas about how good or bad a RNG controlled game should behave, doesn't necessarily means that the game itself is 'fake'. It just means your feedback is unfair, unjustified and therefore, not worth being left under the relevant casino's review page as it doesn't bring any valuable nor accurate nor fair information about the casino in question. Simple and clear. Oh, one more thing... If you have some doubts in our fairness, impartiality and methods of defending them, please feel free to ask Johnny for an opinion... partyhummel

Simple and clear. Oh, one more thing... If you have some doubts in our fairness, impartiality and methods of defending them, please feel free to ask Johnny for an opinion... Okay ValDes, I'll clarify a few items. First off, I "NEVER" called the game nor casino "FAKE". I simply stating my opinion on how the odds in Blackjack usually run from years of experience so it was my opinion" that they they were way off the norm. Is it "fair" that I put this under the casino name, (probably not given the point you made about it being the provider). BUT, aren't the providers chosen by the casinos ? So do we play in an area provided by the "provider" or are we playing in the casino, who chooses their provider? ". Furthermore, I have read many posts whereby "us" gamblers have benefited from "opinions" where many others felt the same. SO I apologize for violating the extensive list of posting guidelines, but I"m sure many post, without having to read the guidelines all the time. Ask Gamblers is a great site and I have not commented against the fairness of the entity. I find Ask Gamblers beneficial to all as gamblers are allowed to post their "opinions". As for some mediators who feel they can indirectly metaphorically decimate a user's user name starting a response with "Let's be honest", Honestdude" is not in any way beneficial to anyone as most would read into it as a pompous remark anyhow. Enough said.
ValDes
Yeah, whatever...honestdude. I believe you were given a pretty eloquent answer to your skeptic and somehow, sarcastic, posts in this particular forum topic. You may either take it as a constructive criticism and try to contribute to the community with a fair, justified and valuable feedback OR just keep bashing and slashing. Which doesn't mean we will tolerate that of course. Sincerely hope whatever you decide, you will do your best to meet our rules and posting guidelines. Consider the matter as closed. Johnnygotthebone
Ask gamblers I want to know why u r promoting and not black listing GAMETECH GROUP? Their casinos are ranked well here and I want to know if I am missing something? A group of Online casinos associated with Conan Gaming, Game Tech Group, AffPower have been blacklisted for allegedly presenting games as NetEnt when they are not legally licensed from the software provider. It has been reported the casino brands Conan Gaming and Game Tech Group NV have allegedly been presenting games that they claimed were from NetEnt when in fact they weren't. The brands associated with this scam include Euro Moon, Osiris, Atlantic Club, ParkLane, Cosmik and Deuce Club. A German website, CasinoTest24, first uncovered the fraudulent activity but the online casinos have since omitted access to playing their NetEnt games to avoid further condemnation and potential lawsuits from this scam (if they haven't already been exposed to.) Conan Gaming are expected to release an official statement about these events next week so until then these are just allegations that have yet to be proven. How can someone prove this unscrupulous behaviour and dispicable business practice that includes, but is not limited to, hosting unlicensed NetEnt slots games? Once a game from NetEnt has been loaded, users may "inspect" the code in the browser to determine where the game is hosted and should find the subdomain "casinomodule.com". This indicates that the game is legitimately hosted by NetEnt. All other subdomains, including gamesapi.net which was used by EuroMoon, are unlicensed copies of the games. In addition to this, players may also notice that the network jackpot is significantly lower than it should be. Video evidence of the online casino scam was published on YouTube and can be seen below - watch as the player exposes the fraudulent hosting of EuroMoon's selection of NetEnt games. You will also see how much lower the Hall of God's progressive jackpot is when compared with a licenced NetEnt casino. Fiekie247

Must admit seeing a well formatted and grammatically correct text in your post for the first time ever made me highly suspicious. Regarding your question... Indeed, some of the operator names you stated above were blacklisted and later removed and assigned a warning instead due to the reasons we stated within that warning message. Johnny Despite what we know about these Casinos i decided to try some of the casinos namely Madame Chance, Casino Triomph and Casino Bordeaux which is all part of game tech group.. I made successful withdrawals at 2 casinos out of the 3 and payment took 3 days. So i guess they are legit now and games look legit.

Johnnygotthebone
Ty valdes. I logged into Ocean Bets.... 7 games offered on mobile. They are all gone. What worries me.... Places like this make countries like Canada and the UK pass restriction laws causing unnecessary head aches for the average player. Playtech is barely available here in Canada because of their earlier mishaps.

Well, I can assure you that all these country based restrictions applied over different software vendors are now a pain for most of us, not only you... I can hardly register in 25% of all new casinos now as Bulgaria is most often being restricted, and even if I succeed somewhere then there will be troubles with their NetEnt games not being available or something else... All that fuss is just awful and it's killing most of then fun of gambling you know! Fiekie247

Casinos come with their own licences then software vendors come with their own as well, then we have differences from one licensing authority to another, etc etc ... It's total mess and I don't see a clear and fair resolution of any legislative related issue in this industry any time soon.
raverbabe
Jonny, this is a horrible topic! Surely you of all people understand that a casino that is willing to try and make money using pirated software cannot be trusted?!Not sure what more needs to be said... if you have been paid your withdrawals by such casinos thats great though, and I'd sure love to hear your opinion on the payout rates of these fake games because I personally will never be trying them unless I find myself falling victim to one of these scam sites by depositing before I know the games are fake. Hopefully that won't happen thanks to sites like AG !

Johnnygotthebone
But..... they actually pay winners. That's the problem! They probably set payouts at 97% all around and make 3% pure net profit. I don't trust them but they are still Around. Many of them.

freeway
Yes. May be I am not right ? Tell me whats mostly posible win in Koi Princess? I`ll tell you, its x500 for all 15 wilds !! And this typical for many NetEnt games. Real big wins is imposible. How NetEnt like give trash everyone know. So I am not crazy and play on another softs. raverbabe
I agree that the maximum wins on many NetEnt slots is set too low but it's not hard to work out which are the lower variance games as the max win is usually posted as soon as you open the slot. It's sometimes better to choose games that don't have the possibility of a 10,000x stake hit too because smaller wins tend to be much more frequent. I quite like Koi Princess for example, I'm sure that game has a higher max win than x500 doesn't it?
