Henryray123 Posted May 2 Posted May 2 Casino: Bitspins.bet Complaint: Withdrawal blocked behind additional deposit requirement I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal issue on Bitspins.bet. I registered on the platform recently and used a promotional bonus of approximately $200. I completed the required wagering conditions as stated for the bonus. After completing wagering, my account balance increased significantly (over $20,000). I then attempted to withdraw a small portion of my balance (minimum withdrawal amount $100). The withdrawal initially showed as “processing,” but was not completed. Instead, I was informed that my account must go through a verification/activation step. I was told that I need to make a minimum deposit of $100 in order to “activate” withdrawals on my account. Additionally, my account is marked as “KYC Unverified,” and verification is handled through a third-party service (Sumsub). However, even with verification steps, I am unable to proceed with withdrawal unless I first make this deposit. I would like to point out that: I have already completed the wagering requirements tied to the bonus The withdrawal is being blocked behind an additional deposit condition This deposit requirement was not clearly presented as a necessary condition for withdrawing winnings after wagering completion Below are the exact messages and conditions shown on my account: “Your Withdrawal Is Being Processed” (initial status) Withdrawal later not completed / blocked “Account Activation requires a deposit of $100 or more” “Withdrawals can only be processed once verification is complete, which requires a deposit” KYC status shown as “Unverified” Timeline: Account registered: Recently Bonus used and wagering completed: Shortly after registration Withdrawal attempted: Shortly after completing wagering I am requesting assistance in resolving this issue and clarification on whether it is acceptable for withdrawals to be conditioned on an additional deposit after wagering requirements have already been fulfilled. I would like to withdraw my available balance without being required to make a further deposit. Thank you. cocopop3011 1 Quote

Hi ans welcome to the forum - have you already made a deposit here or was your bonus a free one? Quote
Afi4wins Posted May 4 Posted May 4 I visited their website and it's a crypto casino, with a free bonus reward after registration. Maybe @Henryray123 was using this free bonus? If so, then it is normal for crypto casinos to require an initial deposit to verify the player's account. Usually also, the player would then need to make 1 or 2 more deposits just to process the withdrawal claim! Quote
Manfred Posted May 4 Posted May 4 This is a scam, anything you deposit is going to be stolen and you wont receive any payout whatsoever. Quote
Afi4wins Posted May 4 Posted May 4 The LURE of free bonus and supposedly no KYC! New players are getting doped all the time! Quote
Henryray123 Posted 19 hours ago Author Posted 19 hours ago @cocopop3011 Hello, Thank you for your response. No, I did not make any deposit before attempting the withdrawal. The bonus used was a free promotional bonus provided by the casino. After completing the wagering requirements connected to the bonus, I attempted to withdraw a portion of the balance. The withdrawal was then blocked and I was informed that I must first make a minimum deposit of $100 in order to “activate” withdrawals and complete verification. My concern is that this deposit requirement only appeared after wagering had already been completed and after the withdrawal attempt was made. Thank you. Quote
Henryray123 Posted 19 hours ago Author Posted 19 hours ago @Afi4wins Yeah, I was using the free signup bonus they offered. I get that some crypto casinos ask for verification or a first deposit before withdrawals. My issue is just that this only came up after I finished the wagering and tried to withdraw. If the deposit requirement was part of the bonus conditions from the start, then fair enough — but it wasn’t clearly shown to me beforehand. That’s mainly why I raised the complaint. Thanks. Quote

Thanks. @Henryray123 Unfortunately, this is a typical marketing ploy used by numerous casinos, but especially crypto ones. If the deposit first before can withdraw clause is stated, they would lose many potential new customers! Many are quite ignorant to the real requirements upon taking any free no-deposit bonuses, so many new customers get trapped by this trick! No, I don't think it is an illegal move of not stating all the necessary clauses. Quote
Henryray123 Posted 18 hours ago Author Posted 18 hours ago @Afi4wins I understand. That’s honestly part of the reason I decided to raise the complaint before making any deposit. At the moment, I haven’t deposited any real funds yet, and I’m hesitant to do so because I’ve seen many similar situations where players are asked for additional deposits after the first one as well. I understand that bonus winnings may have restrictions, but from a player’s perspective it’s difficult to know whether the withdrawal process is legitimate if the deposit requirement only appears after wagering has already been completed. Thanks for sharing your perspective. Afi4wins 1 Quote
