After completing wagering, my account balance increased significantly (over $20,000). I then attempted to withdraw a small portion of my balance (minimum withdrawal amount $100). The withdrawal initially showed as “processing,” but was not completed. Instead, I was informed that my account must go through a verification/activation step. I was told that I need to make a minimum deposit of $100 in order to “activate” withdrawals on my account. Additionally, my account is marked as “KYC Unverified,” and verification is handled through a third-party service (Sumsub). However, even with verification steps, I am unable to proceed with withdrawal unless I first make this deposit.
