Our loyalty program has launched across the AG site, not just in the forum. However, as forum members, you'll receive extra points for your activities in here.

You will see three loyalty levels

• Silver 
• Gold - You'll get priority support, including having your complaints and reviews prioritised!

How to Earn Points

As long as you remain an active member of our community (e.g. write a review, use our complaint service, post on our forum or share a winning screenshot), your lifetime points will stack up.

Now all you have to do is see how many points/tokens you've racked up (if any so far) and see what you can exchange them for. 

All questions regarding loyalty can be dealt with from this topic. So please, go and explore and then come back and tell me what you think. And please let us know if you manage to grab some rewards or prizes!

This looks like a great update for the community.

The loyalty system with Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels sounds well structured. It is good to see that active members get extra value for their time on the platform.

I like that points do not expire and that tokens can be used for rewards. The priority support feature in the Gold level is also a strong benefit, especially for users who are active with reviews and complaints.

I will explore the platform and check my current level and points. It will be interesting to see how the rewards system works in real use.

The more active you are in the forum the more points and tokens you can accumulate, so do have a go at it.
