Marius provided the code in question as they had access to it, chat support said they couldn't attribute my signup to AG's affiliate so thats kind of odd given when you buy the offer it opens that link. Hence the code can't be applied in my case.

Aha - so you followed the steps via AG to register an account through your loyalty platform? I may be able to get this checked for you Monday - can you  just confirm what steps you took to register please.

I claimed the offer via the loyalty page which automatically opens a new window to the site  and signed up so attribution should work in that case.

I claimed one of the 3 offers available to me,  signing up and depositing at KukiMuki. It was very tidy, the exclusive bonus and most relevant details were immediately available on the deposit page.

In my profile, there is a column for betting bonuses but I haven't seen any yet. It's just been saying 'check again later' since day 1. Could you perhaps pass on the message that there is interest for betting bonuses as well?

My tokens and points are accumulating day by day but I've yet to get a chance to use either of them - no offers whatsoever!

My suggestion:

These tokens and/or points should be able to be used at certain selected casinos determined by Askgamblers - for example, we can use 1000 Tokens or Points to get a free 10 EUR no-deposit bonus money which can be immediately used to play at the predetermined casino. The more Tokens the more free bonus money. This would be really satisfying for us members!

Also (I forgot to  mention), the casino to be used should be a casino that the particular member has played at before - this would ensure that whatever no-deposit bonus being offered can be withdrawn by that member if and when required.

I can only play at a few casinos and I can list them out if required to do so.

They would need to be casinos you signed up with using AG links only. Right now we don’t have any no deposit bonuses to offer but the team will see your suggestions for the future.
