Verification is being made nearly impossible and I am getting the same responses repeatedly. I am new at online gambling and am not sure when the right time to submit a complaint is. Has the casino given you a valid timeframe for the approval process to be completed? Is the casino listed here at Askgamblers? If yes, if the verification process has also been completed, and a definitive answer has been given to you by the casino, then you can use AGGCS to file a complaint. Quote
