How long for Bitstarz game provider to verify the turnover to cash out big wins ?

Before filing your complaint go to live chat. Ask them how much more time will it take? While talking to them clearly mention that you are a verified member with a vip account and  mention how long your withdrawal has been in pending. Take screenshot of all this and upload it with your complaint.

filed complain and it will take 48 hours  for AG to approve

Please go back to bitstarz and now asking them for a clear timeline of when this investigation will end - they need to give you a timescale. Once (if) they then break this timescale bearing in mind how long it has already been we will have grounds to resubmit this complaint. Please make sure you screenshot and post this here so I have the proof what they’ve said.

This is the advice you should have followed before submitting the complaint unfortunately. But please do this now and make sure you get proof of what they say - actually every time you speak to them now you need to be taking screenshots. Their timeline so far is not acceptable.

I don't think the casino is being unreasonable if it's ~5 days wait even if you have a history there, given the size of the payout and it's been like 3 working days after teams coming back from holidays etc.

According to this post the escalation for check was initiated on 10th and they said in another post that it will take a week. So you should post your next complaint on Monday if you don't receive your funds by Saturday.  

Hopefully they won't ask for more time and delay payments further.

seems have to wait couple more days no matter what........😵‍💫

i had 40k payout in half hour before 

even casino reward group don' hold this long 48 hour max
