    Before filing your complaint go to live chat. Ask them how much more time will it take? While talking to them clearly mention that you are a verified member with a vip account and  mention how long your withdrawal has been in pending. Take screenshot of all this and upload it with your complaint.

    Hi  it's been 38 hours and waiting since my big win. The vip team said it takes 24 to 48 hours for game provider to verify the turnover??  And why my other smaller win with other games in pending too?
