Difference between the people representing the casino on Askgamblers and the casino support? It just seems like the complaints is resolved in a more responsible, adult and reasonable way when you complaint through this site. In many of the other complaints on this site, the costumer have been told that there is no way they are getting their money back and so on.. And the promised "we will get back to you in a few days..." and they never do.. ;)

As one of the worldwide leading websites dedicated to online gambling, a complaint posted in AskGamblers against any online casino means a lot of mostly negative attention for that particular brand and it is totally understandable why the vast majority of casino representatives we are working with are trying to solve their cases as fast as possible. However, don't forget that solving a complaints case here is also a chance for any online casino to show and prove its determination to deliver decent support and fair game to its customers.

Yes it is :)

 

Casino support is just an agent, working on live chat job, trained to give you fast and useful info or help you immediately with the problem you have with your account, game, bonus etc.

In the leader of online casino jobs - this is the starter one. And this agent works directly for casino, communicate with players and not with the affiliates.

 

On the other hand, people who represent particular casino on AskGamblers and other affiliate sites, are usually related to affiliate program which is covering one or more related casino brands. Affiliate programs are links in the chains between casino management and stuff and affiliates, like AskGamblers. Affiliates most usually not communicate with casino, but with affiliate managers and representatives. They are also the ones active on forums and in complaints.

 

Hope you understand better now how it works :)

I agree with Lilian. Askgamblers is really a wonderful place. I had problems with my withdrawal from Lucky Spins casino (which isn't even on askgamblers) but when I said I would file a complaint against them, if they kept stalling my withdrawal, they worked out the issue.

Just be careful when using our name as some sort of a threat against a casino. Yes indeed, we helped thousand of players find a solution to their problem with a casino, but we are still not a 'Casino Police' you know. ;)

Are you serious ?? I had chance to use Askgamblers name wit a complaint and it worked just perfect ,"ok Katerina ,there is no need of complaint ,we will solve this without third side"   :rolleyes:

Actually it's so time consuming and annoying to file a legal complaint against casino that's why many leading website dedicated to online gambling is the best idea for any sort of complaints before legal complaints. It's like "not using violence when there's a peaceful way to resolve it".   ^_^

Sorry, but have to disagree with you. It's actually the opposite...

 

A public complaint against any casino in a portal like AskGamblers which gets millions of visits could be way more painful for the reputation of that casino instead of filing a formal complaint on front of the licensing authority where the whole process is behind the scenes. ;)

I didn't know that it's that hard cause i based it when i filed a formal complaint against an online B.T.C  gambling game it's not online casino it's like a dice game where you can gamble by chance like the dice.

I agree with VaIDes, if you file a formal complaint, you will be the only one, waiting for an answer from authorities, while, when there's a complaint (like on askgamblers complaints) everyone can see it, discuss it and think about casinos trustworthy based on how they respond to their complaints, so I would say Askgamblers has a loud voice in gambling industry from players side.

It is true, the reputation of a casino is worth a lot and they must take care about it; personally I read here at AskGambler every complaint before making a deposit at any casino then I take my decision. 

 

I absolutely agree. I also read them before making deposits. If casinos' don't reply to complaints, ignore them and leave the unresolved, I won't make a deposit there.

Can't argue i shouldn't said that it's better to file a formal case rather than file a online complaint against online casino. Anyway atleast this two option will help us against charlatan casinos.  ;)

Don't forget that forum members have special care and treatment - if you have any issue, I'll contact casino directly, so we can even try to avoid posting a complaints and getting a resolution faster and from the source ;)

i also have a look into complaints, before i deposit. however e.g. some do not match with my personal experience. as i see a casino - listet as the one with the most complaints - and i never ever had any issue with them. neither when cashing out from a freebie nor when casing out decent amounts from deposits. when reading the complaints a lot are regarding bonus abuse and players unable to read their - compared to most other casinos - simple t & cs. in this case imo the drawn picture looks a little unfair.

 

however - any system has the one or other not too perfect part. the complaints system offered here imo is at least close to perfection.

I on the other hand hardly ever check what complaints have been registered at a casino only because what one person complains about might not be what I complain about so I try not to read too much into it. Since I'm only playing at NetEnt and MG casinos though this is probably the main reason why I don't check such complaints. If I was playing at Rival, RTG, Topgame etc I expect I would be checking complaints for every casino I play in!

well... i check complaints - only - however extremely carefully - regarding payment issues. because since i had the shocking experience of a casino betraying me for more than 1000 €(those europlay underperformers) i never want to make such an experience again.

 

the complaints section here is of huge value to me.

We do our best to help as many players as possible, however it's not an easy task at all. Take October for example... We got over 320 /three hundred and twenty/ new complaints! And even though almost half of them were rejected due to some valid reason, you could imagine what is it like to go through all these cases... That's a huge amount of work and efforts and time...

 

That is why we need your support, player's support. And that is why your heads up means so much for us. ;)

;-) i can imagine... and i guess some cases cause anger - - fraudulent casinos and cheating, lying players would make me go mad.
