Got this email today that Lucky Dino and NRR Entertainment /owner of BetAT and Slotty Vegas/ are no longer going to operate under the same license. Or in other words, Lucky Dino is leaving the nest and now will try to give it a go as a fully independent casino operator.

 

Wish both companies, the old and the new one success and to keep and maintain the same great level of customer treatment and satisfaction.

LuckyDino Casino (Lucky Dino Gaming Ltd.) and NRR Entertainment Ltd. will no longer be operating under the same license and will operate as unrelated organisations, as their Intermediary agreement will be terminated as of 1st of May 2015. Lucky Dino have now updated their Terms and Conditions to include the above, however as a player who has registered under the NRR Entertainment Ltd license, you need to accept these new terms in order to continue making use of their services under their new license.

What do I have to do?

Please visit their new Terms and Conditions by visiting the Lucky Dino Site www.luckydino.com in order to inform yourself about the occurring changes, should you wish to accept them. These new terms and conditions will take effect as of the 1st May 2015, whereby the Lucky Dino website www.luckydino.com will commence their operation under a new MGA licence. By accepting the new Terms and Conditions, you understand that NRR Entertainment Ltd will now be released from any responsibility regarding any event the Customer may have experienced or will experience while making use of Lucky Dino Website and you agree to forward any current or future complaints to the newly licensed entity.

You also agree to have your Player Records released by NRR Entertainment Ltd to the Intermediary in order to be used and processed for purposes of uninterrupted service provision. Well, I was more than a regular depositor in Lucky Dino so far. Was treated in a great way, their live chat support is amazing and my withdrawals were always paid fast enough. So, I really really hope they will manage to remain the same decent casino operator as they were so far under the NRR Ent. hood.

Have just been confirmed that Lucky Dino will open its doors for customers at May 6th. Hope they will manage to stick to the stated time frame and prepare everything on time.

Well, NRR entertainment seems awesome company - betat, slottyvegas awesome casinos they run.

But i wish luckydino good luck with their own license, i am sure they will remain good guys!

Hope they get new payment methods.. Since they dont accept Norwegian Visa cards(Norwegian banks blocks all transactions with gambling code in it) Most casinos get around this using third party such as fundsend,ticket surf and so on.

 

And they do not offer prepaid cards such as paysafe and Ucash. I even tried a prepaid Visa card(Spend on card) But that didd no work either... So basicly i have had an account with them since the beginning but i have never been able to deposit. I still have my welcome package waiting for me

 

So i really hope they fix this now that they change their plattform

Yes, with skrill i have to check a box for what my credit card deposits are going to be used for.. If i click gambling my bank wont allow the transaction, and if i click something else skrill wont allow me to use it for gambling.

 

I can however deposit with bankwire at casinos and at skrill but who wants to wait for 1-3 days before being able to play?? Then its better to play somewhere else. But 99.9% of casinos offer either Fundsend,Ticketsurf,paysafe or Ucash

I wanted to deposit in Dino last week and they ddint have any payment method for my country,the message was stay tuned,yeah sure,i will wait and bother with them ,terrible start and very unprofessional from them .

I think that I made account there but I am not sure, both of my emails were incorrect and I am not sure, but I haven't seen nothing new on their page and I thought it is about the time to offer special promotion on their side because they are late 7 days now.

In fact, Lucky Dino is up and running. Have just checked that myself. My problem was that I couldn't login using my old username and pass and I was explained that's due to the fact I didn't confirmed their new T&Cs at the end of April which they sent me over email... Now, I am offered to create a new account and take benefit from their new welcome package, something I intend to do with pleasure! Of course, I'll do that as soon as they solve the issue with their payment providers, cause right now, they lack Skrill, Neteller, Credits Cards...
