clement
Geeeees! Both casinos are reputable ones indeed! Thank you for the disclosure Clement. If only the various governments can disclose the actual truth about aliens and UFOs... Idd! And here’s the heck because I lost already certain amount of money at betsafe and now I’m afraid if they come up with this in case I’ll hit something bigger I tried to come in contact with betsson as well but unfortunately 2times no one was available so I just gave up. Some advice anyone?
ValDes
Hello everyone, I really hope my posts isn’t off to this topic but can use name of the topic as an excuse! Few months ago I closed my account permanently at ‘X’ casino! Last week I started to play at ‘Y’ casino and 2 days ago I figured out that those 2 casinos( X and Y) belongs to the same casino group! I’m wondering now how was possible to open account in casino group where I already had frozen account? From my earlier experience I couldn’t open account in casino that was part of same casino group and where l already had locked account! Readable:)? Understandable? Go ahead, leave a comment please Tnx in advance for help Thank you Afi4wins for comment! Actually I asked casino Y about this but they said I should contact casino X about more information Casino X = Betsson Casino Y = Betsafe Totally agree with you that casinos can/will use such a situations against players when it comes to withdrawing! Hey there, Well, quite a common situation when it comes to casino groups operating several operators. The outcome of your issue depends on two factors: - whether you have closed your account at Casino X stating some problem gambling issues; - whether you have used exactly the same registration details (name, address, email, phone number etc etc) If Yes, then I guess you shouldn't have any troubles getting refund for all your deposits at Casino Y and vise versa. clement

Tnx ValDes for leaving a comment! I’m pretty sure I used exactly the same registration details on both casinos! Can’t recall what was the reason for closing the account @casino x! Like I wrote in post above was I very surprised about this is possible! I remember from before when I couldn’t open account at casino from same casino group( where I had closed account already)! I actually asked casino y about this and agent wrote: “Since the account at casino x was closed at your own request, shouldn’t be any problem with that at casino y.” So ValDes, do you think I can ask casino y to refund me all deposits I’ve made there so far? ValDes
To be honest, if you don't remember the exact reason for closing your account at Casino X it most probably means you didn't state any problem gambling issues. And if so, I'm afraid your case fall under standard account closure policies and procedures which means you are not entitled to any refunds from opening an account and depositing with Casino Y. volendam101
And its so easy. But ok , you cant gamble immediately, only after an hour or next day. Open an account at a new casino , register and FIRSTLY send them te usual KYC papers in advance to their support team. Wait for their confirmation by email (not chat) that you can start gambling and no resctrictions appeared according to the casino. Ofcourse , in this way you give some personal details to a company which you dont know yet. But, before you are going to gamble on internet with your own money, start reading abt it on Google. Read this AG site, and yes to my opinion also read Casinomeister site and aso The Pogg Site. In general, before you put a dollar in a slotmachine, read abt your chanches to win and not less important, do you get paid and in time. Tawni , my best wishes for 2019 also count for you. peters43015
Good Afternoon, Be aware.....I know this question was posted back in 2015, but after reading all the posts, let me tell you my experience. I also am not proud and I had multiple accounts. I had never read the rules until the day I wanted to deposit and realized I was breaking casino rules. So I called and spoke to Planet 7, the casino I wanted to start out with depositing. So I spoke with customer service through live chat. I have added an attachment, one of several chats. The only one I screenshotted, the others they should be able to pull up and see. I also sent in all documents and my account was verified. ( I have added the attachment) So After speaking to Customer Service, they advised me that I did have other accounts and as long as I deposited on one the others would be canceled. So I deposited and live chat again before playing to reassure me that my account was in good standings for winnings bc I had no problem not playing on this casino since I had multiple accounts but I was told, I was good to play. After depositing a couple of times, I won I think $800, It took a while to get but I did get the wired payment. So I believed everything was ok. I deposited a few more times won $1068.00, after a month of not receiving contacted CS through Live Chat and she advised me to send her information to wire transfer the money al faster payment and that the payment has already been approved, so I sent all information need for wire transfer. While I was waiting on payment I continued to deposit; one day I hit the jackpot of $12.000. I requested 5 withdrawals payments due to speaking to customer service (live chat)and advising me on how to withdrawal such a large amount. While waiting, I continued to play, I had over $800.00 in my account to play, I tried to log in one day to get an error message to contact Customer Service, so I did and I was advised my account was revoked. I have been speaking to a manager for over 4 weeks and still, he has no answer for me. I tried to go through ask gambler but casino came back saying due to multiple accounts. I was lied to and was assured my account was in good standings for winnings. They have all the live chats and they can see how many times I chatted to make sure but because I won such a large amount they're trying everything possible to not open my account and pay. I really liked Planet 7 up until the day I won the jackpot and realized they are not for the players. As of today, I am still waiting to find out why I was told my account was in good standings for winnings if it wasn't. They have even credited back two of my deposits. I don't want my deposits, I want my winnings like promised. Edited November 4, 2019 by ValDes Attachments removed, containing personal info. copyyy
@peters43015That casino has worst reviews on Askgamblers that I've seen so far, literally, everyone is giving them 1star ratings and there are more than 1000 complaints, you should definitely open one too?. Imagine waiting for your withdraw on EWallet for 10-14 days that's just absurd, hopefully, you'll get your money and leave them. PS: The first picture you posted is in such a small size, maybe you should try to reupload it again or something.

I can see you've already had a complaint which ended up as closed in casino's favor - Planet 7 Casino - Revoked account for no reason I can also see you never provided any real evidence to our complaints team that P7 support granted you further access to deposit and play although they knew about your multiple accounts there. Should you believe you have such proofs, feel free to contact AskGamblers Complaints Team again and let them know about it by sending email to [email protected]. Make sure to cite the case you are referring to.
peters43015
Update. Planet 7 has finally reached out to me and although they will not give me the Jackpot of 12,000. They are going to honor $1068 plus additional $1068 as I took it, that was approved before my account was revoked. Still disappointed bc I believe live chat was wrong for telling me I was safe to play and also my account was verified. There reasoning is that I had 115 dummy accounts in the network, abandoned. Wow, really because I only had 3-4 emails in the past 5 yrs. I know with planet 7 I did not have that many. That’s crazy. So they will not honor my jackpot. But they are working with me and so for that I will not disrespect planet 7. My advise to anyone with a similar situation...if u feel your being treat unfairly, keep on the casino and ask for a manager to contact you and keep every live chat and emails. Do not open multiple accounts. Write down the casino u have signs up for so if u change emails, you know. Bc live chat do not care and will tell u ...your safe to play. pinnit2015
Out of curiosity, did you register with the same details? If so, i'll never ceased to be amazed how, in 2019, this isn't picked up as soon as you click register on the second a/c (generally suits the casinos that way

Clt8633
What if you legitimately only have ONE account with casinos? How do you prove their “ multiple account” reasons for not allowing withdrawals is fake? I agree it’s simply a good concept since there’s no requirement of proof and just they can say it whether truth or not and reason is justified because they said so. I have had Mgmvegascasino just do this to me., over 120$ withdrawal. Bobby casino has done this to me. Luckily I always use no deposit bonus and get verified first so I’m not losing money. Personally.. I have literal 8 hour payouts at funrize and 2-3 day bank payouts most recently 1500$ with Chumba casino and 3-5 day payout recently with PULSZ casino with no issues. Like I said I always get verified prior to using no deposit bonus codes so they can’t use the old “ unacceptable resubmit game” so if they’re legit they pay- if not they’ll come up with the old standby” multiple accounts” reason .. I’ve had a win at RubySlots about 2 years ago and was verified.. asked for bank wire.. customer service says we are not currently working with your bank ( tried 3 BofA, discover and PNC) every time.. and they were insistent that I take a check- I’m sketch taking checks from anyone much less a casino.. I opted for a btc withdrawal. Nope they said because I didn’t deposit with btc I cannot withdrawal via btc. So my last option.. dreaded but hopeful a check.. lol.. came fed ex and then it was over 250$ less than agreed winnings minus fees upon withdrawal approval - third party processing fees they say - I say it’s that darn mob skimming if they’re taking that much on top of already set fees! Ok so I deposit this check from STELLA COMMUNICATIONS from a bank in Canada ( Montreal) . My bank held check the appropriate time and released funds .. cool out of a 2500 withdrawal request I ended up with a 1700 check but oh well I said. I spent it.. the check bounced for insufficient funds. Leaving me in a loop. They eventually paid me out via btc much lower amount because they need a document with my banks letterhead stating the exact reason the check was no good.. I was like what?!? You need a document from my bank telling you the reason your check bounced was because you had no money in that account at your bank? Shouldn’t you know this and have known this when you sent it? Yeah so wrong. Came on here made a complaint and got at least some of it back I had to eat 550$ because I couldn’t get the document in time from bank before my open case would close .. I did get it from bank a couple weeks later via snail mail had to come from corporate they said. Just when I thought there wasn’t any other reason or ruse to use to not issue me my rightful won funds .. they came up with an impossible mission I couldn’t complete in the time given.. at least I got some of it . Never deposited at that or any of its sister casinos again. And I was a VIP 2.. a good guest . That put a bad taste in my mouth..

What bothers me is 2 things, the first one,why they allow you to open 2 accounts, when we all know they track anything IP address,Mac address etc. and when i was asking the live support agents during the closure of my second account ,what happens next??If i make deposit and i win something will they guarantee me that i wont be banned,Yes,they were assuring me that i wont be having problems, just because the other account is closed,so should we trust them, when, i will say it again we all know their Terms for multiple accounts!! As for me, even tearfully asking to unlock it will not work. You broke the rules and therefore the site has every right not to unblock you.
