I dont understand why casinos have these? Why dont they prossess withdrawal requests as they come trough out the day?

 

Right now i have two pending WDs thats been pending since yesterday

 

One at casinoeuro they actually approved my documents really fast but payment still pending

 

And one at Whitebet documents not approved yet.. Shame since i heard all good talk about how fast redbet is to approve and pay players. (Whitebet is their sister site)

 

I think this is just tactics to try to make players revers and lose it all back. This should not be allowed.

I dont know what should i say about CasinoEuro,but for Whitebet Casino,i wouldnt be worried about them,they are great casino and for your documents approved,i guess you have bigger amount to withdraw ,but again they are safe.

Oh man, I think a whole book could be written regarding pending periods...  :rolleyes:

 

In a nutshell... 

 

Why casinos apply pending periods? - To check your documentation, game log and casino activities for 'irregular play', whatever that mysterious word might means.

 

Now, whether these pending periods are fair or not is a different matter, especially seen through the players eyes. However one main question pops out all the time. Why there is a pending period when it comes to withdrawals, but there's no such waiting time when it comes to deposits? ;)

Yes, because some casinos you ask chat about documents and they approve everything then and there and then they flush your wd and send the money an hour later. Thats service.. But waiting for 2 days and nothing, thats not good imho.

 

Especially whitebet sent documents this morning and havent heard a word since. CasinoEruo has been pending for two days now.

 

I can understand they have to check things and whatnot but imo it should not take more than 5 minuttes pr account to just scroll trough games logs looking for bets that breaches bonuses or whatever.

Couldn't agree more with you! Deposits are so fast and easy and so should be the withdrawals. :)

Actually, it's far from being that easy as you describe it... Once you step in the casino shoes, I bet you will be interested in protecting your business from fraud, right? And all the security checks take time after all, after we all we speak about names, emails, address lines, credit card numbers, phone numbers, e-wallet accounts... Just try to imagine how many ways to commit fraud there are in internet. 

 

Of course, security measures are definitely NOT an excuse to apply a pending period of more than 12 hours in my humble opinion. If a casino is committed in offering the best possible service to its customers, especially if they take deposits in less than a minute without prior Know Your Customer procedure being applied, then they have no excuses to stall the payments.

Finally Casinoeuro atleast sent the payment. The problem was i needed to request a wd trough the same method as i deposited. But the betsson group in general are slow when it comes to payments IMO.

 

Now whitebet im told will prossess tomorrow and they have still not approved my documents.

 

I think from now on i will only play in casinos that dont have pending times and allow flushing. I get stressed everytime i have large amounts pending because im nervous im going to reverse.

 

Since one time a few years ago after casinoroom stalled my payment for over one week due to "Changing payment provider" i reversed and lost back over 10 000 USD without getting one single 100x bet win mind you...

Now its been since saturday. I even reversed and lost back 200. And they still have not even sent me a mail regarding documents. How long do you think its reasonable fore me to wait before i contact the rep or make complaint?

 

I read on casinomeister and here that whitebet and redbet offer manual flushing but i was told that it wad not possible. Seams to me they are trying to stall untill i reverse and lose it all back. Also on casinomeister and here it says they have lightening fast payouts but this is just not the case it seams

Huh, are you sure about that?! :o 

 

If they refused to flush your withdrawal /regardless of the fact whether it was your first withdrawal or not/ we will have to update their information on our website asap. Please confirm if that's the case.

 

As for the cashout speed, I would say that 2 days and counting is something highly unusual for any casino within the RedBet group. Hope they gonna solve this today.

Cs told me flushing was technically impossible. I asked if there was any way to ensure i was not able to revers or if i could flush untill it was approved and they said no.

 

I asked two different people on two different occations. Im nervous because i know my greed comes out to play when i have been on a lucky streak and i dont want to reverse and lose it all.

I requested my wd on friday night. Sent documents saturday morning. Reversed 200 and requested another wd straight away yesterday(Does this put me in the back of the line again? )

 

But in two days they have not been able to prossess my documents. Also i had problems with my documents being to big for their email. So it got bounced back. And after many attempts i think their server blocked my mails so i had to send some the documents from my other email adresse. CS is aware of this.

 

I have lost allot of money in redbet and heypoker that seams to be in the same network. And i also have ranted on about my bad luck over at redbet CS. They probably have player "profiling" and know that i am likley to revers. Hence their delays. They are now telling me they had allot of promos going and allot of WDs to prossess due to this.

 

Atleast Casinoeuro prossesed my wd instantley after i complained about it taking to long and i was affriad to revers it. But whitebet is starting to look like Mobilebet as they also lets your money stay pending for days.

 

If they dont send my money today i dont think i will be depositing there anymore.

Sorry to hear about your slow experience so far at Redbet. I know casinos can take a bit longer, especially when it comes to the first withdrawal. I play at Redbet often and usually they process my withdrawal in less than an hour. I see where you're coming from though, it's a situation you rather avoid but self-control is vital.

 

What you can do however to protect yourself until you've received the funds is by requesting locking your account for 7 days. I haven't tried this yet myself, but do make sure with CS that this doesn't slow down your withdrawal any further since it says you won't be able to login to Redbet for 7 days.

FYI, I requested my last withdrawal at Redbet last friday (1800 euros) and received it within an hour. Hopefully they will be quick to approve. Not sure if the site is still getting ddosed, but that's the only time I experienced very slow withdrawals.

Well, i got a mail from them now.... 

 

They rolled back my deposit to my casino account and are requesting documents.... That i have already sent them  :fool:

 

And they are asking fore a copy of my credit card(ofcourse and no problem) But also a credit card that i used when i opened the account 3 years ago!!!! I dont have this card anymore...

 

So i guess another 2-3 days of waiting then......

Whatever you do, don't continue playing! Had a similar situation with a Skrill deposit which was not confirmed. They needed screenshots of the payment method to confirm my withdrawal, which they couldn't approve until payment department got in next morning.

 

Well I reversed the 750 euros and lost it all during that time. Generally they process within an hour when it comes to eWallet transactions, not too sure about credit cards. It's important that all deposit methods you use are under your own name though.

 

Have you used a bonus as well during this withdrawal?

They are now denying to pay me unless i can provide proof of a card i used to make two 50 euro deposits with 3 years ago...

 

I cannot even remember what bank its from... I have submitted all i can to prove my ID. Other casinos i have had this issue aswell but they where ok as long as i could prove my latest deposits. And i have done this here aswell. What happens now if i cannot find out what bank i have had this card in? I wont get paid?? What is this bullshit.. 5 years!!!!! of gambling and i have never,ever had any issues before here.

 

I have submitted a complaint here. And i will go to the LGA if i dont get paid!

Damn, no wonder it took that long. If that credit card you used 3 years ago was under your name, then I don't really understand why they are pushing so hard for you to prove to be the legitimate owner. After all, you made a fresh deposit with a new card and only that should matter in my opinion when requesting a cash out.

 

I think the best you can do is file a complaint and try to get it sorted that way.

Yes, i have sent a mail to all the financial institutions i have had a card with the last 5 years.... In hope of finding out and getting the documentation. Even contacted the frist casino i signed up with(Betsson) and they say i have used this card there but they do not have any documentation on it. And still they have paid me!!! Because i have proven my card that i have used when i won the money.

 

Seriously i had a bad feeling from the get go. I knew they where trying to pull some kind of trick... Atleats when they refused to flush i knew something was up.

I have now found the visa transaction in my netbank, but the card is deleted because its old. But the transaction shows same amount, same date and my visa cards 4 last digits. I have now sent this to them. They now also seam to be confused about the dokuments i already sent as they dont seam to admitt recieving them.
