ValDes
I've just been barred on Supercasino for winning too much! Has this happened to any one else? Jerry Hello Jerry and welcome to the AskGamblers forum. Barred for winning too much?! Sounds as pretty weird casino decision to me... Could you give us more details? jeremy.price.733
I have been playing roulette on Supercasino regularly for the past 22 months and have won over £150,000. Today I received a phone call from their account manager telling me that they cannot allow me to continue playing anymore. They have cleared my pending withdrawals and my balance to my bank. I can no longer login to their website. Jerry
Luciana
I think I already heard/red similar decision. Maybe from our complaints or also here on forum. Instead of making you VIP, they are expelling you...really strange. Have you considered posting a complaint on our site? PS. Haven't they warned you or something..or asked you to stop playing roulette maybe? Really impudent.

You are not the first one coming here with this type of issues though...And suppose you won't be the last, as most online casinos still have this so called "God" clause within their terms which allows them doing whatever they want! Yeah, what Luciana suggested, to use our complaint system and try fighting for your rights, might be an option, however, I doubt in the successful resolution of such case, due to the aforementioned "God" clause. Congrats on your awesome winnings by the way! Winning 150K from an online casino is an epic achievement and I would love to hear as many details as possible of your success story! jeremy.price.733
I was given no warning or asked not to play roulette. The account manager told me that he'd reverse engineered my roulette strategy and believed it was near on impossible for them to beat. I was never offered a VIP status regardless of the fact I used over £2,000,000 in action over the 22 month period. Also, my comp points of over 14,500 were not available to cash in. Let it be known, Supercasino do not like winners. Jerry. Awena
Luciana
And which casino does? That's very poor practice, you didn't get anything of what you deserved. Now I'm really angry! Awena
Awena
This is silly!

And it could have been a great free advertisement for them, to say to the world "Hey, when was the last time when you heard for someone winning 150,000 in just several month! We proud to be home for such a player..." or stuff like that... Awena
