If only it as that easy, hey? I can't speak for anyone else only myself but visiting a land-based is so inconvenient for me in fact if I had to rely on that I simply wouldn't bother or have any interest. For me online is not only convenient but I can do it in the privacy of my own home and not in the environment of a land-based.

I mean I'm not saying I wouldn't enjoy maybe as a one-off now and again but regardless of whether slots pay better there it's just not something that appeals to me. I also think I'd spend way more - the temptation is so much higher in a land-based I think.

But welcome to the forum and it's a great first post! :D

Land based casinos are, in the right environment, more enjoyable. Gambling online can be so an isolationist experience but you can have great nights lasting to a 5am finish and a mushroom and onion pizza at the end of the night.

But, no, I wouldn't play slots at a land based casino for a prolonged period - purely for the fact that the RTP, though you dismiss it, is so low and the chances, over a long enough period, are lower. You can't seriously think that a 75% return on land based offers a better chance than 97%?. Sure, you may hit it lucky but over time, no way.

Yes this is 100% my experience. Relatively new online gambler here, joined Rizk, won $2500 nzd, withdrawn, now I cannot win... tried another casino, won $400, withdrawn and then lost huge after that, and now other casinos arent paying out. Is there a time I should stop wasting my money and then come back? Or is it all random... Think ive blown enough money trying...

I think the UK land based machines are 94% RTP.

Not all though. I think Genting, however,  may offer 94 % across the board.

Typically, a lot are in the range of 78-85%, some 88-94%. If you're in Sweden I'm pretty sure some of theirs go as low as 50%.

Land Based casinos have the same 'choice' over which RTP to run (if the provider offers it) but (see below) they would be mad to pick the highest. Hence why LB ranges are greater than that of online.

Makes sense they have to be - cover the fixed overheads/lighting/heating/staff/building. Also - the type of person you're trying to skin: online you know people will be back to your site, possibly each day for the next 2 weeks. You don't need to grab all their cash in one go...compare that to resorts like Vegas etc, where maybe you're gonna get 2/3 good days out of a tourist; you want to hit them for as much in that timeframe - that's a very cynical outlook, but I'm sure there's some merit in it.

No minimum RTP for the UK - lowest I've seen here is 72%, possibly 68% at one time.

Either way - i've never been fussed about the RTP in LB - its more about the night/morning out, not  a hardened Bonanza session:  I tend to play roulette when i do go, anyhow.

Last 3 days I had the biggest losing streak I can remember on Blackjack, over 40 deposits and at least 800$ loss, cannot even count it tbh. Got bored of slots and decided to play online Blackjack and the run was just terrible, thought its because I'm playing with other people and they are miss playing so I tried to find just empty tables next day which didn't change anything.
For sure 15+ hours gambling in that 3 days wasn't upset that much because it was just fun playing until the last deposit attempt was declined.

I guess that means back to reviews?

In a week or so because I'm definitely done with Live casino ,  CC balance has to recover and I have to get Net banking considering that I have to call the bank every time to check my balance and of course it was a weekend when it happened so I didn't even have idea that I burned off everything.

Care to elaborate on that one?

I was going to say they're may referring to, statistically, positive expected values (+EV), when a casino offers you a certain % depo bonus and a certain wagering requirement (long term you will win), but i doubt it was that.

Funnily enough i nearly beat 25k wagering last week (depo 20 quid and get a 300 bonus) - made 17k, on a max bet of a quid(eek) but then busted out (knew i wasn't going to beat it and rubbish max stake but thought why not give it a ago). Took me 3 days but i did start to wonder was i went into the last 10k of wagering with a balance of a grand ?

I’ll PM you as they’re a ***** casino (account from ages ago) and wouldn’t want to advertise ?

Dont get too excited: with max bets now capped at 75p and 150x plus wagering I think, clearing it will be like lottery odds :-). But for a one off it’s worth a punt - got another offer in for depo 10 play with 210 but shall not be bothering as that last attempt was boring with such a low max bet

Haha, sounds like the good, old Rival-style of offering  insane matching deposit bonuses... ?
