32Red Casino - £40 Phonecall!

Okay so yesterday I had a Phonecall, someone asking to speak to my partner (valleys) regarding some research! I took their name and number and told the lady I'd get him to call her back. Which of course I done.

 

So Valleys called her back and it was a lady from 32Red Casino! They told him what he wanted to hear at first "as you are one of our most valued customers" ..... And then they went on to ask him if he would like to take part in a telephone interview all about 32Red Casino. As a reward he will be credited £40 into his casino account which will be instantly withdrawable! Valleys said yes and the Phonecall is happening tomorrow @ 6pm!

 

I just wondered if anyone else was lucky enough to get one of these calls?

I will come back tomorrow and let you all know how it went! Interesting though don't you think?

Okay, so it wasnt a phonecall it was actually a web chat. It lasted for 75 minutes and it was about two adverts that 32Red are looking to put on TV.

 

What they wanted to know was what valleys thought of each advert, lots of questions were asked and lots of feedback was given!

 

Valleys was awarded the £40 into his account yesterday.

 

I look forward to watching the new advert!

32Red are doing these phone calls from ages and I think this is really a cool way to stay in touch with your customers and be sure what they prefer and why. I was contacted by phone only once, back in 2012. They asked me a dozen of questions concerning my preferred slots and the 243-ways-to-win ones in particular. Got a tenner for that. But obviously, Valleys' task was much harder than mine, lucky him, 40 bucks in no time!

I'll be perfectly honest with this one...

 

Gambling is my own business. I have a monthly gambling budget, it is not that big at all, I stick on it and my wife is perfectly okay with that. When I win, she is always the first to 'benefit' from it. All the rest does not concern her and that's it. If she ever knew how much I reserved or lost after winning, she will most probably shoot me in the head immediately! Twice in a row!
