    I sincerely admire your devotion and will to help player with this case, but I'm afraid your efforts will go in vain. :(

     

    There is NO way for ANY casino to pay an amount larger than stated in their terms and conditions for free chips! No Way!

     

    All that player could receive  in this case is just the regular 100 bucks + the confirmation deposit and that, ONLY in case the wagering requirements have been finally met.

     

    In case any of you still doubt my words, here's the confirmation from their own website. I'll post it again...

    Generally, i think there is small chance that played will get his jackpot, if casino decide to show askgamblers that they great, and get some PR here for this. But in the end of the day i am with you here, TERMS IS TERMS, and no one can cancel this, 100 max wd means 100 max wd.

    I can only suggest to finish WR, make min deposit, and then try to withdraw and see how it goes.

    i can say that there is chances to get jackpot winnings, no way, and casino support telling some sh** , nothing else.

    But probably Roman Abramovich registered at their casino and lost 1kk, and they now can allow themself to pay this jackpot to this player :)

    Well, I'm saying this because if they promised and mentioned a jackpot - promise is a promise, stronger than T&C..or that's just how it should be.

     

    Anyways, I'll do my best to make them keep the promise.

    ha-ha, lol what? Promise of regular support is stronger than TERMS? It is not should be like this, it is terrible tbh if so, because generally it is means that this guys can do everything they want, and terms is just for fool's in such casino.

    You of course can try, but like Valdes said, most likely you just wasting time,since looks like even casino support did not know what they want, and what to do.

    Well, I considered that the promise came from management, not only support. And of course, it applies only to promises better than the regular terms :D

    I seems like no one reading my posts :lol: ... because i wrote like 5 days ago that i finished waggering and waiting new card :)

    And today i got my card from the bank and deposit 25e at casino.. So now i must wait 3am to speak with the guy who is some supervisor i think...

    Edit for bonus. I just now notice. So I had 2.100e, deposit 25e and have 2.125e in real acc. 100e bonus is 400% welcome bonus which i didn't ask :p

    OK. Just me again...
    Live update :lol:
    I just finished chat with guy named Stefan (same like me :) ) who was super kind and respectful.
    At the time we had chat, i had 2.125e on my acc (if you remember i said i will spend all money for fun cause before they told they will anyway pay whole amount - luckily i didn't had time to play so much these days). He told me that i can wintdraw only money which i have on Real Balance, 2.125e, right :)
    He asked me to make cashout for 1.000e and after few min again 1.000e which i do and money status is ,,waiting,, He told me money will be on my bank account for at least 7 days. 125e i can't cashout, i don't know reasons but honestly i don't give a damn :)
    So now i only had to wait and see are they keep promises or not ( genneraly everything was ok except - lets call it missunderstanding at beggining)
    Honestly i'm little more optimistical then previous days..
    Accepted or Declined, question is now. :)

    I still believe that he's not, just curious to know what would be the reason used from the casino to refuse the payment.

    I don't seriously believe terms for jackpot winnings really matters in this case, since the jackpot was hit while playing with free credits. ;)
