For those of you who don't know I recently registered and deposited at Slotobank Casino, I was also successful in making a small withdrawal

 

Before I share my story and my opinions of the casino - I was wondering if anyone else here had any player experience with this casino?

I have a huge negative towards this casino, I'll wait before I explain what it is because I'm interested to see if one else shares my views.

 

Even though I withdrew from this casino, I doubt I will ever deposit again.

Because

1) They russian oriented/have russian owners/ russian stuff. Never wait good things in such casino, it is most likely will be just headache for you.

2) I never had account with them, get spam few times in a week from this idiots = they buy mail listing from someone. No any good casino will start like this.

Is no one going to offer any further comments before I reveal mine?

 

I believe yapro was clear enough. He does not rely too much on any online casino, which is connected in any way with Russian capitals. ;)

Okay so here is my thing with Slotobank Casino!

 

I started playing...all was going good with my actual gameplay and I was doing well on any game I played, you all know I'm a low roller, but I started betting much more than I normally would because I was doing so well. I played both Starburst and Reel Rush for example fore ages at £1 a spin. Anyway I just checked my wagering and could not believe my eyes when I had barely done like £200 wagering - something wasn't right. I contacted live help (which was an experience in itself - but that's another story) to be told every game has different wagering!

 

It's actually shocking...every single game has a different percentage. Most NetEnt ones only count 40% and Microgaming 20%

 

I know, I know, I know what Valdes is going to say - you should have read the terms first and yes I did, I checked the wagering before depositing and asked live help if slots counted towards the wagering which I was told they do.

 

In my opinion a GOOD customer support agent would have told me then to check the wagering for each slot as they differ in terms of %. Being in customer service myself since I was 16....I like to think I can spot the difference between good and bad customer service. But of course it all boils down to it being my fault. They were there in black and white but I failed to read them!

 

I still made a withdrawal though! Not from my deposit and bonus money though...had the wagering been 100% I would have flew through it and made a very nice withdrawal. But I managed to wager the 20 odd quid I won from my free spins and withdrew then!

WHAAAAAT??? Wait the link they sent me gave the percentages at 40% and 20% - I know what I saw I'm not stupid. I even tested it.

 

I checked my balance before a £1 wager on Reel Rush and checked it after and it had only took just under 50p.

 

Can you check the percentage for a Reel Rush ?

Made me out to be a lier now! ARGGH...this is frustrating. I swear on my life that was the percentages when I played. I'm going to get to the bottom of this.

Ahhhh...a reasonable explanation....had a chat with live help....sorry the screenshot is from my laptop as they don't have live help on their mobile casinos....but it seems there has been a recent improvement in their games structure
