    yeah!It seems that the other members are focusing only on playing slot games,no sports betting or poker!anyway,today wasn't a good day for betting,no important matches so that's why I didn't posted any tips!

    tommorow we have too much tennis matches, but odds are terrible 1,02 ;1,12 ; 1,04 ; 1,03... too much risk for anything, i will keep my money in pocket,  a little!!!

    I don't know whether I'm allowed to bring back into life a little bit this great topic but it would be really cool if this segment of the forum would have more traffic and activity (strange that I'm saying this, isn' it? :p ).

     

    By the way, I have been a fanatic sports bettor for many years and even if I don't belong to the high roller category (I don't really play more than €800-€1000 per month) but I'm a very regular player. My sports are of course mainly football and hockey and I really hate to bet on any woman tennis matches (they're really unpredictable to me) and my favourite betting type is O/U. Now I'm getting excited about the following NHL playoff and hope some of my predictions will come true.

     

    Back to this topic I'm truly interested in making conversations of recent successes, heartbreaking calamity, oddities, experiences with bookies and etc.

     

    I start it with my worst memory ever. Some years ago I made a 'fun-ticket' which contained 7 or 8 tips full of hockey draws, away wins for odds of 5.00 and something like that and when I finished editing the ticket the potential return was barely less than €2000 so I added a handball game too with laughable odds (1.03) just to surpass this nice amount. One game was cancelled but all the others favoured me and every single game was a win on the ticket until the handball game. Kiel and the other team went head to head whole game when Kiel scored the go ahead goal at 59:57. I was really excited about my win when at the moment of the final second the opposite team scored the equalizer goal. I still don't know how they could score a goal in 3 sec. but I remember that was really shocking for me. :(

     

    Of course since then I learnt, experienced a thing or two about betting but playing with so small odds is not an option for me since then.

    I'm not much into sports betting to be honest and most of the follow members here too, probably that's why this topic and sub-forum is nowhere near as active as the other parts.

     

    Feel free to jump in here and post as much as often as you can, I'm sure soon lots of other sports betting fans will follow. ;)

    Ooh I love sportsbetting! For a long time it's the only thing I did, especially during my early years of gambling. But unfortunately I only got worse at it during the years. The thing I hate about them is that I often lost a substantial sum of money during last minute penalties or wrong decisions by referees, and that's make it painful to bear.

     

    Especially if you consider missing out on big sums of money. I'm placing a 50 euro bet todays CL fixture Atletico Madrid vs Real Madrid. I'm rooting for Atletico Madrid today, so hopefully I'll be able to almost triple up my money.

    Just like Adebisi I also started this 'chase the luck' thing with betting and the internet and online gambling opened up wide variety of possibilities and then I could discover the world of casinos.

     

    Yeah, that last minute happenings really kill some moments but they also could be real adrenaline push other times so it's not an issue for me but the cheats and scandals are and I suppose there are way more of them what I initially thought.

     

    Like last week when Brianti couldn't win her tennis match after winning the first set 6-1 then had a lead in the second 5-0 and she had the next serve game. I lost €20 on this match which is no big deal but I guess that match was more than suspicious. Or in January when I was a hockey game that I bet on and the two teams were separated on the table by more than 80! points and the weaker team scored 3 goals in 1:12 mins in the last two minutes of the game. :angry:

     

    Anyway, if I mentioned my not too favourable moment that's fair if I show the other side too which was 4 years ago. :D
