I was always (and still do) wondering why so many people prefer Neteller over Skrill?

As I so many Negative comments on Neteller, I can be calmed down that I prefer Skrill....

Hmm, down for so many hours in two consecutive days?! Either their IT department must hit the road immediately or there's something seriously messed up with the accountancy there and Neteller prefers to shut down for several hours and put all the accounts into perfect order. My personal opinion though...
