When trying to withdraw there was red message saying I can not withdraw,, what was the thing, I need to deposit 10 euros and then I have 600 euros wager in order to be able to withdraw 100 euros. This is the last time I took bonus like this. From now on, if I ever take bonus like this I will check with live support what is behind such a bonus.     Live support agent was very funny also, after I asked what is going on, she said you need to deposit 10 euros and play.. I was like, ok, I understand that I need to deposit but how do you mean that I need to play. Then she said, what pasrt you dont understand. I said, second part of your sentence that I need to play so she explained that my 205 euros balance will help me to clear wager og 600 more euros for 100 euros withdrawal. I will just email their manager and tell them how generous they are and this is not helping their reputation at all. You are so much more experinced gambler then myself, I do not gambling so often,especially last days , I had so much fun and game of Thrones helped me to clear that wager. I just dont get it,they think we are idiots or what. After I spent 3 hrs there there is no way I would deposit even one euro. What business politic is this ?

    Awena, you just need to read ALL terms and conditions associated with ANY bonus you ever intend to use. It's way better to be prepared what to expect. On another side, I already told you, just post the name of the casino which is using this stupid tricks. We have hundreds of thousands visits on a weekly basis, so you could imagine how 'positively' their reputation could be influenced.

    Good moevening everyone.

     

    Yesterday, Sunday, 11 January 2015, was a day full of tears for me. At 5 am Saturday morning, my mum fell in the toilet, knocked her forehead against the metal support bar on the side wall, got some nasty cuts on her head when she fell down and was warded in the hospital. At 3 am Sunday morning, my mum passed away. She was 85.   :cray:  :cray:  :cray:

     

    She is now resting in peace (God save her soul) very close to my late father's resting place in Kuala Lumpur...leaving me all alone in this world. I am feeling so lost and lonely now without my mum. My soul is restless...my mind shaken and wandering...no mood for anything...so please forgive me if I do not make myself present here at Askgamblers for a few days.

     

    I need to calm down my heart and soul...  :cray:  :sorry:

    Wouldn't be way easier if you contact them and request the 100% match deposit bonus to be removed? Then you shall have to wager only your deposit x 1. ;) If they refuse to do that then you could be absolutely sure this casino is using stupid tricks to make you play all the money. :(

    This January sucks big time,well for me it is,losing losing and only losing wtf,what happened with my luck  :(

     

    Well, I guess it could be even worse, Kate. My dad had a heart attack a week ago and Afi has just lost him mother. :(
